  • Help save a progress in the form of parameter from the point of view of creators

    I use the trial of Adobe Acrobat DC, I create a parameter form to help prepare forms, but my form is four pages long and very personalized.

    How to save this configuration of the form so that I can change the location of these fields and change the tab index and others at a later time? Any savings I have seems to be for the distribution to the end-user, than save my progress and come back to finish creating the form of parameter at a later date.

    Thank you.

    When you save the file, close Acrobat DC and then reopened, the fields are not visible, which is why I thought it didn't save it in a way that I could change in the future. However, I see now that if I open again, then click on prepare forms fields appear and can be changed later.

  • REP-0546 when displaying a form of parameter

    Hello
    Here's my question:
    When I run the report forms with paramform = no report works very well and produces a valid result.
    However when setting paramform = yes, the form parameter window comes up with the error:
    REP-0546: the value of the parameter is not valid
    I'm puzzled.
    Any suggestions?

    There could be something here:

    if NOT id_null(p_param_list) and (upper(p_report_otherparam) like '%PARAMFORM=NO%') then
      vc_report_job_id := RUN_REPORT_OBJECT(p_report_id,p_param_list);
    else
      vc_report_job_id:=RUN_REPORT_OBJECT(p_report_id);
    end if;

    When you call the parameter form, no parameter is passed to all. If you have a few trigger validation like this:

    function P_1ValidTrigger return boolean is
    begin
      if :p_1 is null then
           return false;
      end if;
      return (TRUE);
    end;

    You can also get the rep-0546.

  • Variable format using link in the form of flash format

    Greetings

    Everything seems like a simple question, I seem to be missing something here. I have a form (in flash format) which calculates a value when a form element is selected. The value is actually a monetary value. Output the value of the variable in a cfformitem but I con ' t understand how diplay as a dollor appreciates, in addition, a value with zeros to the right when the value is a full dollar.

    For example:

    The amount of $1,00 displayed as 1 (I add the dolloar sign)

    or $23.80 displayed in 23.8

    Code below:

    < cfif

    IsDefined()"Form.Submit"()>

    Total cost:

    < cfoutput > #form. TotalCost #< / cfoutput >< br / >

    < / cfif >

    < cfform

    format ="Flash">

    < cfformitem

    type="script">

    var cost = ";

    var p1 = 40.50;

    var p2 = 29.75;

    service cost (): Void

    {

    load = 0;

    the share price

    If {(specialneeds.value is true)

    If {(Session1.value == 1)

    load (load + p2) =;

    }

    If {(Session2.value == 1)

    load (load + p2) =;

    }

    If {(Session3.value == 1)

    load (load + p2) =;

    }

    }

    price double

    else {}

    If {(Session1.value == 1)

    load = (load + p1);

    }

    If {(Session2.value == 1)

    load = (load + p1);

    }

    If {(Session3.value == 1)

    load = (load + p1);

    }

    }

    }

    < / cfformitem >

    < cfinput type ="checkbox" label ='Sharing'? nom =« specialneeds » valeur =« vrai » vérifié =« Non » onClick =« cost() » / >

    < cfinput type="checkbox" label="Day 1" value="1" name="Session1" onClick="cost()" id="Session1" />

    < cfinput type="checkbox" label="Day 2" value="1" name="Session2" onClick="cost()" id="Session2" />

    < cfinput type ="checkbox" label ="Day 3" value ="1" name ="Session3" onClick ="cost()" id ="Session3" / >

    < cfformitem link ="Total cost: ${costs} ' style =" color: red; " type ="text"> < / cfformitem >

    < cfinput type =« cachés » id =« PrixTotal » nom =« PrixTotal » lier =« {charge} » / >

    < cfinput type ="submit" id ="submit" name ="submit" Label ="Submit" value ="Submit" / >

    < / cfform >

    Any ideas how I can get around this?

    Thanks for any input.

    As far as I know, Actionscript is not as formatting numbers. You will need to make your own. Something like this:

    costs of var = 0;
    var integerPart = 0;
    var decimalPart = 0;
    var decimalPartWithoutPoint = '0 '.
    service cost (): Void
    {
    load = 1;
    load = Math.Round (load * 100) / 100;
    integerPart = Math.floor (load);
    decimalPart = load - integerPart;
    If (decimalPart! = 0) decimalPartWithoutPoint = decimalPart.toString (.split(".")) [1] ;

    If (decimalPart == 0 | decimalPartWithoutPoint.length == 1) fees = integerPart.toString () + "." + decimalPartWithoutPoint + "0";
    }

  • Hide the form of parameter

    Hello

    We organize reports in Viewer 10.1.2.48.18 URL in the portal.
    It works fine, but sometimes the form of parameter in the viewer isn't really necessary (even "wanted").

    The report has parameters but the user has already made selections in the portal and the LOVs are not very useful in the observer.

    Y at - it a setting I can add or changes to the map, I can do, to hide the form parameter?

    Kind regards

    Tomas Albinsson
    Stockholm, Sweden

    Hi Tomas
    The reason for which you had no response, is that the answer is no, there is no way to remove the shape parameter I'm afraid.

    Sorry about that

    Best wishes

    do rdf on pdf...

    Hello

    If you wish to view the PDF in your browser, use the settings:

    DESTYPE = CACHE and DESFORMAT = PDF in the URL:

    Example:
    http://myserver.mycompany.com/reports/rwservlet?Server=myrepserver&report=MyReport&destype=cache&desformat=PDF&userid=Scott/Tiger@mydb

    If you use a different value for DESTYPE, (DESTYPE = FILE for example), the message:

    "Oracle reports job properly run.

    will be returned and the output stored in the file name specified by DESNAME.

    You can get the PDF file using the showjobs page:

    http://myserver.mycompany.com/reports/rwservlet/showjobs?Server=myrepserver

  • Change the size of the text in the field of form (rich text formatting allowed)

    Hi all

    I hope someone can help me here. I created an interactive PDF with fields in the active form with 'Rich Text Formatting'.

    My client has filled in the fields and wish to make the text bigger. Then right click, only options to change the text style (bold, italic, etc.) but nothing to change the size of the text. I'm not keen on deactivating and then reactivating the "Rich Text Formatting" options in the form of text were formatted (bold, italic, exponent, index, etc.) and approved, and this will remove any existing formatting.

    Can anyone help?

    You need to display the properties bar, or by clicking the command-E or "view > toolbars > properties bar. You will then see where you can select a different font size.

  • Unable to perceive the form in PDF format

    Hello

    I created a form using Live Cycle Designer. But when it comes to collect the data from the form, after receiving data in XML (as an attachment), I can't open it in PDF format. I tried to change the default program to open the Adobe Live Cycle Designer xml files, but the program pushes me a window titled "file import Options. The default file in this window type is 'XForms Document'.  When I click ok, it gives me a '47 main error' with a long list of runtime errors.

    Is there a way I can implement when you create and save the form?

    I really appreciate your comments.

    Best

    Sorry for not responding sooner... .stuck in transit.

    Yes, you would use a normal button with a "submit" button set set, and then in the submit URL, you would use mailto:emailaddress

    In order to submit the PDF Reader, you will need to extend player save the file to a local. This can be done in Acrobat if you don't have the Reader Extensions product.

  • Cannot send the content of form in PDF format

    Hello!

    I'm just getting started with LiveCycle Designer (and LC as a whole) and feel really lost with the lack of information for absolute beginners.

    For now, I am trying to build a form to be distributed among customers and then sent back with full of information.

    I create the form in the designer, opt for delivery in PDF format, save them as PDF, open in Acrobat to extend the rights of users... but when I test the form... I get the news in XML format.

    I tried again and again and still got the same results. I m reeeeealy get frustrated.

    Please, please, help!

    Thanks a lot for all ideas.

    Change the type of your Email button submit to the 'button' (click the dropdown of the part highlighted in her will keep you attached screenshot).

    Then place the code in the click event of the button below. Set the language "Java script".

    event.target.submitForm ({cURL: "mailto:[email protected]?subject=FORM TEST", cSubmitAs:"PDF"}); "})

    Thank you

  • Submit the completed form in pdf format, excluding the previous pdf pages.

    I created a pdf workbook that includes 5 pages and a form created in Acrobat (not Livecycle).  I've created a submit button that sends the completed form (page 5) in pdf format to me. The problem which I am facing is that the entire PDF document is sent back. How can I isolate the form on the previous pages in pdf. I use Acrobat Pro vrs 9 on a windows XP computer.  Or I go about it wrong from the start.

    Change the presentation to be only the data and not the form. Select the FDF, XFDF or XML. For your request, I'd use FDF. If this form is for others to e-mail to you, then know that the argument of the mail is subject to problems that you can't prevent (all associated with the configuration of the client computer). Submission to a web script is ALWAYS preferable. In addition, you can save the also backward compatible to be sure people with earlier versions of Acrobat or Reader have no problems with it. Backward compatibility can be obtained with the Document > reduce the size of the file or with the PDF Optimization. If you used a few new features, they will be lost (but of course, those are the features that would have caused any problems).

    Once you have the FDF file, you can simply import it into the form (in some cases, just by clicking on the FDF will open in the form if you don't move the shape on your system.) You can then export the data to other formats (see the manual for more information, or just play with it).

  • Passage from one form a parameter on the URL

    Hello. I have the tracking URL to open one of my web forms:
    http://9.35.32.205:7777/forms/frmservlet?config=ttmsmenu&form=drop_cit_brk
    My web form is also set to receive a parameter of 5 characters, but I don't know how to change the URL to pass in my 5 char string. Can someone help me with this syntax?

    Thanks in advance.

    First, you will need to know the name of the parameter set within the shape of the Oracle. Once you have the name of your parameter of forms, you can add the clause of 'otherparams' to the URL. For example:

    http://9.35.32.205:7777/forms/frmservlet?config=ttmsmenu&form=drop_cit_brk&otherparams=YourParamName=5char_string

    Hope this helps,
    Craig B-)

  • How to create forms in pdf format with text for example which can be rewritten

    I'm using a mac (version 10.10.2), using acrobat pro. Originally created the document in InDesign, then create form fields in acrobat pro.

    Sorry for the somewhat confusing title. Basically I have a pdf I want to be able to change.

    I've set up the PDF with form fields that works perfectly - however, I would like to have a sample text in the areas that can be "crushed" by a new text.

    Example of

    If the field were asked for the date, it would be in gray italics an example of date, (ie. 01.01.2016)

    Then when you clicked on the ground this example text would disappear and then when you typed in the new data, it would appear in normal black text.

    I can't understand how to do this on a form which is not online, as this form will be sent from one person to another and not hosted on a site.

    Help would be apprectated!

    Yes, the default value is under Options.

    Two scripts have to go under Actions, Yes. You select the trigger first (on the focus and then on Blur) and the type of action is "Run a JavaScript" then when you add it to the list of Actions, a window will open. Paste in the code and press OK. That's all...
