  I hope that I can tap into your knowledge of experts here because I'm not an expert (yet intellectually curious and always want to learn). I was able to build a few panels and write some scripts useful for Photoshop with success. But so far, I would not say that I did something too ambitious. Now, I'm ready take the next step.

  I am currently developing a Photoshop Panel that did some calculations and analysis between the foreground and background colors. But I need to find a way for my Panel to receive real-time updates of foreground and background colors, but I honestly don't know how or where start. Specifically, I would like as my Panel to receive this kind of events, so that I can update the value of the color associated from Photoshop:

  1. Foreground and background color change events to stay in harmony with the colors of foreground and background in Photoshop:
     
     
  2. Events associated with Photoshop color dialogue selector and how the Panel can get the 'new color' value (before the user clicks OK):
     
     
  3. The color that is under the mouse cursor (color in real time as can be seen in the DETAILS pane data):

  What you have looks like a valid syntax.

  My guess is that by copying the code of the documentation, you copied the french quotation marks (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quotation_mark_glyphs) and the compiler will not like that. I manually replace all quotes and retype it to make sure they are all dumb quote.

  You can imported Gif file in Adobe animate CC and then add sound.

  Anime of CC or Edge animate can publish OAM who can be placed in the Project Muse, DW or InDesign

  Yes, of course, lightroom is available in single version of support that you can buy if you're not ready to go on the cloud.

  (Lightroom 6 = cc in Lightroom) It has exactly same features as Lr cc because that its application even.

  Yes, you can install the cc of Photoshop with your Ps Cs6 of independently without any problem.

  If you choose to go to CC Photoshop with Lightroom, Photoshop Elements would not be replaced.

  CC of Photoshop and Photoshop Elements are different programs, so the two will remain separate on your machine and catalogue items would not hit at all.

  If you are going to use a computer at any time, you can use your subscription single user one for all 4 computers.

  You can only connect, until, two computers at all once so you will need to do a few signature, but adobe make it very easy to do.  for example, you can disconnect from your other 3 computers using your computer 4.

  No version of photoshop elements has a panel of Source of duplication, only photoshop cs3 via photoshop cc 2015 has a clone source panel.

  You can clone or copy the contents into a new layer and then go to Image > rotation > Flip layer horizontal or vertical layer Flip.
