  -J' have different test resources to test our product which includes engines and the NOR-Box (6351).

  -Number of test files in sequence that are called during the test (ca. 20)

  -The problem is that when I run these test sequence files separate (say only 3 out of 20), total time by these tests are t1, t2 and t3, but when - I left all 20 tests to run without jumping all the time needed by the 3 tests above is t1 + 60 s, t2 + 80 s and t3 + 50sec. Why it is so and how can I avoid this problem.

  -The tests are motors to move, take samples or box then save them on my computer after testing the limits. Since they are time critical, when I do all the running tests in a test go a lot do not PASS. I can't run them separately because it takes more time, more interference by user and also more than one report that is not desired.

  -J' tried unloading after execution steps, but it did not help.

  This probably depends on that made your sequence. Have you tried shrink where extra time is being spent? You can time how long different parts of your sequence are following the steps of the expression as follows:

  Locals.StartTime = Seconds()

  Locals.ElapsedTime = Seconds() - Locals.starttime

  You can also watch time module in your reports. There is nothing specific on TestStand that should cause some sort of slow down like this. I recommend trying to figure out where the extra time is being spent. I suspect once you do, the cause will become obvious.

• NavigateToURL works during the tests, but not upon publication

  Trying to create a hyperlink simply in Flash.  Works perfectly during the test.  But when I download from the net, by clicking on the link takes me to www.thirdnewhope.com/iamtnh.blogspot.com rather than just www.iamthn.blogspot.com.  I tried to change allowscriptaccess forever.  It does not either.  I'm puzzled :-(

  As answered by tray, your data source SOALocalTxDataSource on weblogic console is in a suspended state.

  Looks like the Oracle Application adapter is not running.
  Connect to the weblogic administration console on your left window, click on * "Deployments" *, and then click your right window, under summary of deployments, check the status of * "OracleAppsAdapter."
  It should be in Pavilion OK, so that it can reproduce and accepting applications.

• No internet connection AFTER startup, but only works during the boot.

  Hi all

  Have a Win XP MCE (Media Center Edition) Dell laptop running.  I can only connect to internet when the system is even start, and I click on the shortcut to IE or Firefox. Once the system completes the startup it connects me to the internet WITHOUT problem & with good signal and good connection speeds.  System connect wirelessly through a Linksys router.

  If I left the initialization of the system ended up - and I'm trying to connect to IE or Firefox - the hourglass appears for a minute and then disappears and I get no connection!

  This means that I must always start the internet connection while system is always initialize, and if I end the connection I get only back to restart system in place and opening connection when appear the icons on the desktop for IE or Firefox!

  I am puzzled by this and have no idea what to do to solve the problem!

  In a master form / detailed in the report in detail, I'm filling two columns SERVICE_TAX_PCT and SERVICE_TAX_AMOUNT by an AJAX request after selection of the ACCOUNT_CODE.  The values are filled out with any problem.

  However, whenever I do these two fields in view-only mode, the values are not get defined.  Is there a way to set the values of a field at the same time, it should be limited to the user to modify?

• Casings of problem during the test installation of MySQL

  Using Windows VISTA Ultimate edition.

  I deleted directories; show the files hidden; packages to install unlocked; has run as an administrator. and disabled Norton AntiVirus, Antispyware, and advanced Protection; then reinstalled mysql workbench-gpl - 5.2.25 - win32 BOTH MySQL Workbench 5.2 CE.

  Working from the Workbench, I can't display entitled management of DB connections to work. I have the connection method defined on Local Socket/Pipe "and Socket/Pipe empty path. It gives me the error message "Access denied for user 'David3'@'localhost' (using password YES). David3 is the username I go in connection of DB management screen AND the password I entered the MySQL installation security options window. The service name is MySQL3, that appears in the services in the Control Panel window; It is currently running.

  The my.ini file generated by mysql workbench-gpl - 5.2.25 - win32 a pipe, socket = mysql, default-character-set = UCS2, #The skip-networking, enable-named-pipe, Pipe the MySQL server will use = mysql socket, etc..

  It seems to be a problem of sockets.  How to map the user program on hold?  Something seems to be hidden.  I don't really understand the Sockets; the help does not explain it.

  Am lost at sea during a hurricane.

• Why my deleted messages only remain in the folder items that are removed for a month? I'm looking for more old deleted emails?

  The account using POP or IMAP?

  If the IMAP, your trash is almost certainly on the server as such, may be subject to the provider's e-mail in folders trash policy / deleted.

  Check what are the rules of your provider on the retention of the trash. You can allow to adjust the period for which they are held. You can also set Thunderbird to use a trash folder under your local folders account which will be on your own hard drive and so invisible to your email provider.

  And of course check the settings in Thunderbird for what to do with the deleted messages. You can set it to automatically remove messages after a set period. Go to the Tools section. The account settings for the parameters of deletion.

  OTOH, if you regularly delete messages and relying on them indefinitely maintained, I suggest review you your procedure and not delete them until you are convinced that you no longer need them. Recycle trash, garbage, and are the first to go when space gets tight. Most email providers have a policy to automatically remove deleted messages from a certain age of the record, more precisely to manage and reduce the use of disk space.

• Satellite P300-150: slow processor during the test with the id tool intel

  Hello

  I just bought a Satellite P300-150 and it was working well in general... play lotro with few problems, but not in dx10 cos it chuggs as hell.

  I noticed he had a genuine problem of warhead of the crisis in the recommended settings, but thought it was just cos he couldn't do.

  But I downloaded the untilty of Intel processor id and he gave the following results... as you can see on the bottom 4 lines the processor is very upset with the expected results for the frequency and buses (fewer than half actually).

  Intel recommends if there is a huge gap, I need to contact the manufacturer... which brought me here.
  Any advice before contacting tech support directly?
  Just maybe I can play warhead after all! : o).

  Satellite P300-150 was equipped with the Intel Core 2 Penryn T8300 processor.
  This processor supports Enhanced Intel SpeedStep technology.

  Enhanced Intel SpeedStep technology allows the system to dynamically adjust the tension and the processor core frequency. This means that the CPU doesn't always work with maximum performance, but only if it of needed. This helps minimize the heat dissipation and allows to secure the battery energy!

  The CPU seems to be slow check with the Intel ID tool ;)

• Can hear sound on the 4 speakers during the test, but not for music, movies or games. What could be the problem?

  I recently bought a new Creative 4.1 speakers for my system. When I tested properties of speaker, I hear all the speake 4rs, but I when I play music or something the sound only comes from 2 front speakers, which could be the reason for this? Y at - it no setting to change?

• Expirations of OS heartbeat during the test and effective recovery

  Someone knows how to avoid delays of heartbeat OS from occurring in your disaster recovery plan? It is probably communication between VC and tools. If it fails, which is my case, then my time-out values must be set small enough to reduce my time to test and recovery. As it seems that half the time is spent waiting for the timeout process. If the above is supposed to and you work in a bubble test network so why not make the OS heartbeats only a stage of recovery. Once again I just need clarification on what it is doing. Thanks in advance.

  I guess the first thing to say is that these waiting times are basically fair warnings and errors not so can be ignored in almost all cases but lets face they look not quite especially red errors stand out

  I suspect that you have just updated to ESX/VC U3? If Yes, then I think it was a change made which adjusts the frequency that allows us to check for vmtools heartbeats. This new value now means that SRM reorganization plans miss the first 'check' and have a second chance, then the timeout warning was recorded.

  If the errors are really validator, you can if you wish (insert WARNING here to say this is just my suggestion and not a suggestion of VMware) just edit your config.xml file spend ESX (/ etc/vmware/hostd/config.xml) on your recovery site ESX hosts so that the section of vmsvc looks like this:

  The value of 40 is just my choice you can use what you want. I think the default previous value was 20 seconds, but which has been modified by ESX U3 code. A feeling people ESX will publish an article about it. Once the change is made just run following command on the service console (or reboot ESX whichever is easier)

  1. service mgmt-vmware restart

  Then run the recovery again, no need to restart VC plan / SRM and this time the plan is complete without hitting VMTools timeout errors/warnings. Note: in your recovery plan you should just be able to have the tools, the time-out values set to their defaults or the old default values of 30 seconds / 300 seconds
