  Hi all

  I have a small question about the installation for RDBMS 12 c files.

  I would like to install 12 c on our Linux x86_64 server and I noticed that all of the files for Linux are labelled "linuxamd64".

  12 c for Linux 86_64 is specific to the AMD64 processor architecture or am I just read too much into it?

  We are short of Intel Xeon so thought that I would check beforehand as if it doesn't matter, then it's a pretty misleading error and confusion of the bunch of names of files!

• Role specific question pools

  I would like that the learner to be able to select a button which determines their role (assigns a specific role variable value), then see the quiz questions that are specific to this role. The quiz is required (cannot be ignored) so I use the 'Answer All' setting quiz (Quiz > Quiz Preferences > settings > required > Answer All) which means that any question slides must be filled in order inside the course (I can't separate the 3 quizzes). I thought I could create a pool of separate question for each role and then that Captivate displays the pool that corresponds to the selected button. Is this possible and how?  If not, is there another way to achieve this result? I use 7 Captivate.  Thank you

  If you insert a slide at random, you must enter the pool, there is no way to do this based on a condition.

  One way could be to have each of the quiz (with their question pool) in separate files, one open the appropriate file quiz by a conditional action that verifies the role. However, be careful with the required option set to "Answer All". There are other means to force the user to answer each question: drag the next button (which is a "Skip" button) under the clear button, turn off the navigation and the playback bar back. In this case, the user will only be able to advance using the Submit button, that answers the question.

  I did the contours to create text to place the image inside. My text is 5 words and two lines inside the box.

  First of all, there are two ways of describing the type. The default value creates anchored objects. You want a separate object, so hold down the Option/Alt key when you create outlines. Drag the new contours to separate the text block.

  It is useful to open the layers panel and view the contents of the layer. You have created a group which consists of two transparent traces. In the layers panel, expand the layer so you can see the structure. Shift-select the two transparent traces. (Make sure that the group is not selected.)

  

  Then choose object > tracks > make a compound path. This makes the two transparent tracks into one. Then, you can place or paste into the single compound path.

  Thanks for reading. I'm no techno which is looking at the development of Web sites as a secondary skill.ie. have know how atleast relay my ideas to web developers and ideally be able to refine and eventually be able to create my own Web sites.

  In this regard, I feel Business Catalyst is an excellent tool for people like me who mitiagtes knowledge of coding to a certain extent. I'm currently going by some content in the forums. Y at - it a book that provides detailed steps to end at the end of the implementation to complete a fully functional Web site and how is the curve in this regard?

  Personally, I tend to prefer wordpress for a small-non-commercial site/blog. Its ecosystem of plugins is much more diverse than BCs and you get direct access to the code if you wish. Modules of blog and forum of British Colombia seem a little as reflections afterwards, designed by traders for the marketing, and there are some bumps on the way in which they implement what HTML and you have access to templates and that you don't have in a different context, so to a certain extent, wordpress gives you more control to fine grain on a site.

  The cross pipe of this is with open software source it doesn't necessarily control the quality or the guarantee of maintaining long term you might with BC. Catalyst for business is a lot more initially optimized for businesses (obviously) and its servers may experience a higher load and greater availability than you could get on a typical hosting with wordpress.

  WordPress is little-known to be hackable, mainly due to its ubiquity, well that if you work on it it can be fixed to a reasonable extent, I think - I'm not aware of the security issues concerning Business Catalyst, apart from the recent issues with the captcha and spam, which could have been resolved with Akismet and Recaptcha (which you can also get on Wordpress of course) , but personally I do not have all of my accounts linked to a unique Adobe user and password name.

  But then again, I trust that Adobe has their * together and he isn't some emerging suppurating sitting at the heart of all this, because the price you pay for playing in the sandbox sand in British Colombia, it's just that - it is their sandbox. They are not releasing the code. If you can't change it with an existing module parameter or can't hack around with JavaScript and then complain until they fix it is your only option.

  Hello and thanks for reading.  Still, I work in CS 5.5, which makes an ActionScript 3.0 project, but who has not yet played a role.  Here are my questions:

  1. I tried to import a .bmp of ms paint.  "import to the stadium" is grayed out (why?), so I imported to the library.  Then I found a video that told me all I had to do was drag the image from my library on the stage.  It did not work, and Yes, I was working on a layer visible / top.

  2. can I draw something and then create another keyframe in which I increase the height and the width of my drawing and then create a Tween to the object of 'growing up' to the new size?  He has not worked for me.  Of coarse it works for forms created with the form tool, but I restored a heart as well as lines and it grows has ' a nice classic Tween.

  1. your selected layer is locked.

  2 interpolation requires practice.  You can only "an object" tween layer.  for example, if you have a background and outline of a layer, you cannot tween it.    to remedy this, insert the race in a single layer and fill in another layer.  each layer can be interpolated.

  I have a new laptop P30 and I have a strange problem with the audio.
  It happens with the internal sound card as well as with a fireware external motu 828 audiocard (strangely).

  ((There are a lot of cracks and noises when no sound is playing... and it goes up and down when the hard disk or dvd) also with data) works.

  most strangely using headphones with internal sound card is no backgorund noise... and also with headphones connected to the audio card firewire... no noise at all. everything is clear and good.

  the strange thing is that the problem disappears when the laptop is on battery and no power adapter plugged.

  I'm going crazy with this... also because I manly use Notepad for recording audio...

• [Helix 2nd generation] Question of frustrating trackpoint. Not possible to activate.

  Hi all

  For some reason, suddenly, my trackpoint has stopped working. The touchpad still works correctly. I tried to remove the driver,-/ re - install Synaptics via software update, restart the software and any combination of these.

  I'm pretty lost. The option "Activate" the trackpoint remains greyed out. I found a few posts associated with it outside the forum and tried to download driver Synaptics directly, but also without success.

  Does anyone have one idea what else to do? Would be really thankfoul for the tips!

  Hello, I'm new on the NAS and setting just has started up a new ix4 - 300 d with 4 x Seagate NAS 3TO (ST3000VN000) in RAID 10. It took about a day to end and everything seems fine, showing the ability of 5.4 to under the disk management page. Windows 7 (ultimate 64-bit) can see the device, but I cannot map it to a drive: I can't create any action, and it gives me the error "the selected function is not available because of the State of the pools.". I searched online and this seems to be a common problem, but I can't find a useful answer.

  Also, what format of file ix4 - 300 d is to create on the hard drives? I used the diskpart utility to clean each drive before installing the base on what I read on the web. Thus, all the readers had no partitiion or file format. Is this a problem? But I guess that's fine since the RAID 10 has been successfully created.

  I'm not aware of any spirit of RAID 10 specific questions on the ix4 - 300 d.

  I would go ahead and re - create your RAID 10.

• Triggering off the coast of beginning of Pulse Audio in question DAQmx...

  Hi guys,.

  First of all, it is more a matter of software than hardware, so I didn't post this specific question in the multifunction DAQ card...

  So I'll try to trigger an acquisition finished off the start of a pulse audio, however I have audio sync issues, due to the fact that it can be started before my VI runs. As noted below, the audio is generated and pulsed for 500ms on and 500 ms off the coast, and between these periods, a digital pulse is generated this way (shown in red). I have a problem to stay synchronized, due to the fact that I samples finished for 1 second of a data value, and if the USE EEG is faster than me, I can catch the pulse audio at Midway, rather than at the beginning.

  

  I'm trigger analog outboard of a sound signal of 50mV and capturing two audio channels simultaneously and consistently captures 3 digital channels when they receive the trigger of the beginning of analog input trigger reference digital edge. If digital are slaves and audio is the master in this configuration. The point of this is to get a delta timed material at the time rather than use the timestamps of windows.

  As I said, I use an Analog Edge Trigger Start to start my purchase, what triggers the digital task Digital Edge Start Trigger to start as well. How can I make sure that I start at the BEGINNING of a new pulse audio if I get out of sync, I can't understand this logic... Analog edge goes off just when it goes to the specified level, but maybe it's at half way through the 500ms pulse, so this is my problem...

  I need to be a trigger to start because I do 55 000 this test iterations in a QMH Prod/consumer model and need relaxation to be redeclenchables and start-up is only redeclenchables.

  The variability in timing you see at points 2 and 4 somewhat dictate against the possibility to set up a re-triggering precisely timed by the hardware configuration.  I think that you need to abandon the idea of making repeated sampling finished back to back and switch volleys in a mode of continuous acquisition and treatment.

  To help with this, I aim to capture the moments of digital via meter rather than DIO pulses and be ready to give up the acquisition rate noise much (if necessary) given that you said that your main concern is to distinguish between ON and OFF.

  I must configure the counter to use the Digital pulse as a sample clock and use the sample clock signal HAVE the "time base", i.e. the signal which the edges will be counted and buffered in memory.  This will give you 2 samples per second instead of 5 M and the values of the counter at these sampling points is the index in your AI data which occurred impulses.  Pretty neat and clean.  Just be sure to start the task of counter in front of the task to HAVE it.

  I recently bought a new laptop with Win 7. Although I am happy with Win 7 and do not know if I would be just as happy with Win 8 I'm tempted to buy the upgrade for $14.99 in case I decide later that I want - instead of the normal price.

I was under the impression there had not a lot of difference between Win7 and 8, particularly in the Office party - other than the new tile and tap on the start screen. I always thought that an upgrade was like "renovation" of the old system to the new, if possible (which might not be as clean as a new installation). I didn't know not moved the garage, pool and terrace on the side, bulldozed the House and build a new and reinstalled items saved.
