  What model of laptop do you have? Do you use the laptop with the original operating system preinstalled?

  Go to mobile network settings and search again for the 3G network.
  I had a similar problem with my Android Smartphone and my o2 provider
  I started to search for new, so I chose the O2 again and then I could solve the problem.

  In the case where this does not work for you, recommend you to reset the default Tablet (factory settings)

  My internet connection does not work with a Wi - Fi connection.

It works fine when I use the WiFi and iam able to download the data and get a correct answer successfully.   But when I use the network GPRS/SIM I get "Unauthorized response" as an answer.   Windows Live will not work on my laptop, data execution prevention is a problem, but how can I solve it?  It doesn't let me change the DEP settings as it says not allowed.  He did run when I first got my laptop but have had to reset the laptop to factory default, everything else works very well except windows live, it is recommended to find a user-friendly version of the DEP, when I go through solutions but don't really understand DEP.
