  Are you able to start on the CMOS screen (Dell)?  I think you press F2 during the Dell splash screen.  If you are able to boot to CMOS it recognize your HD?  You have a Windows 7 DVD?  If so check that the DVD player is set as the first boot device, and then try to boot from it.
  If you are not able to access CMOS or the DVD is set as the first boot device and won't start him, then you need to contact Dell, because it can be a hardware\BIOS problem.

Four data drives are mirrored, two for the other two. Construction went perfectly. The BIOS recognizes all six disks: 1 SSD, 4 HDD, 1 DVD.
