  I am currently trying to add a ringtone on my iPhone 4 on iOS 9.3.5. As indicated in the title, I have a file in a folder iTunes but not iTunes itself. Specifically, my file appears in music > iTunes > iTunes Media > tones folder. He, however, is now appear in my playlist of ringtones in iTunes.   a. you can view the contents of your backup by opening the wizard to restore files.

  b. open backup and restore by clicking Start, clicking Control Panel, clicking system and Maintenance, and then clicking the backup and restore.
