Absent from the SSO for APEX 4.2 Developer toolbar

Hey guys,.

We have improved the environment of the APEX to the latest version (4.2.0.0.27) last week and we have seen that the developer toolbar is available only if we use the Application Express authentication. If we use SSO, it does not work (nothing is displayed on the page or in the source). Can you please help us with this problem? This is quite annoying since we use only SSO for all our applications.

Hi Alex,

DNS checking is fairly trivial. The hostname in the URL changes after SSO authentication if that is the case. Given that g_edit_cookie_session_id is set to NULL, Apex probably can't see the builder (ORA_WWV_USER_xxxxx) session cookie. I would use Firebug or Chrome developer expansion, to traffic network trace (especially guests, paths, and cookies).

There are also cases where the application causes inadvertently beg /apex/ which translate to f/apex /? p = 4550:1 and start a new session of generator (and thus breaking the old, because the generating session cookie changes). For example, I met who with Apex independent auditor (a bug road favicon.ico worms/apex /) and a notification plugin (demand was hidden somewhere in the CSS, IIRC).

    In your case you will very likely get extended licenses for images from Fotolia.com otherwise you would have to buy a new license for each Member who has access to use the weather picture they actually use it or not...

  • Logo is absent from the elements when I save for the web

    I was given a logo to work with a project, but every time I try to save it as a GIF, jpeg, or in a different image format, the text in the logo is missing.

    Here is a screenshot of what it is supposed to look like:

    I adjusted the color the butterfly and the text to the clear green color, you see, but the text is missing and some original colors appear on the save for web viewing.

    I tried without success to the following:

    • Copy / paste the logo
    • Changing colors
    • Separate logo
    • Expand the logo
    • Addition of stroke
    • Live Paint

    Save as a PDF file works, but when I tried to print flyers with the image to the Kinkos, I met the same problem with the text disappearing.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  I know that I could just put it in Photoshop to get the final product I want, but I'm going to use this logo in the future and don't want to experience the hassle again.

    Looks like you got the white fill set to overprint.

    Select the text that is disppearing, and go to the attributes Panel and see if overprinting is enabled.

    No worries! If you have recovery media, you should be able to put it in and have the laptop back on it. However, just in case where that is not the case for you, there is a document called configuration of the Boot in the BIOS system order.

    The boot order can be configured on the Advanced tab in the BIOS Setup menu. The procedure for changing the boot order may vary according to the model of the computer.

    HP Pavilion Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide of g7, on page 90, Chapter 7, backup, restore, and recovery (Windows 8) you will see that it says:

    Change the order of computer startup if the computer does not restart in HP Recovery Manager, you can change the order of the computer startup, which is of the order of the devices listed in the BIOS where the computer searches the startup information. You can change the selection to an optical drive or a USB flash drive.

    To change the boot order:

    1. Insert the HP Recovery Media, that you have created.

    2 restart the computer.

    3. press on and hold esc while restarting the computer and then press f9 to boot options.

    4. Select the optical drive or you want to boot from USB flash drive.

    5. follow the on-screen instructions.

  • Update Vista 64 Bit SP 2 remove icons from the taskbar for the power and sound.

    When I installed the update to Vista SP2, my power and Volume icons disappeared from the taskbar. When I went to set the display for the Menu Taskbar properties, the option to do so is grayed out.  Go to the control panel to change the power options, it's annoying, but I can live with that because I do not often change. But having to go through the control panel to adjust the volume is a container of the slow cooker. How to view again?

    I suggest you to re - install the driver for your sound card, this should restore function.

    Try to run the installer as administrator by right-clicking on it and run as administrator.

  • BsSDK.dll absent from the computer, windows 8

    I just bought a new computer (HP desktop with windows 8) and made all necessary downloads, etc. The problem I have, is that when first I turn on my computer and go in any program, such as my e-mail etc, I get this error message in a small window that appears on the screen, with the title: BtTray.exe - system error. This message has a red circle with an X, white in the middle and States: the program cannot start because BsSDK.dll is missing on your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. In the lower right corner of this window, there is a [OK] tab. Before I click on this tab the my choice (e-mail, etc.) appears without a problem. I click on the tab anyway, and disappears from the window of a small error message. It appears never again, until I have restart my computer (after having turned off) and go to my email or another program.

    P.S. I'm new to computers and come from the era antique typewriter. So I'm not too familiar with the computer language, still. I have spent in my browser and typed in BsSDK.dll download... Long story short. I want to make sure that I get a download of good reputation. Is there a microsoft link that would have this, while I meet future problems... Thanks for any help in this matter. M.

  • Dehaze absent from the trial version of Lightroom CC

    I have the standalone Mac LR 6.2.  I started my CC plan photograph of the trial.  He 'upgrade' Adobe LR CC (2015).  However, launch the application (be it from the Finder or the CC app) continues to launch the desktop version (i.e. the mist filter is missing).  The "about" still shows LR 6.2 and the app LR CC CC (2015) as being installed.
