Access code will not work to reset iPad

An employee who retires gave his iPad.  She gave me an access code and password to his iTunes account.  I have reset the password, and you want to "Erase content and settings."   I get the message that the password is incorrect.  I tried the old password and the new password.  What other password could reset search?

    Try to print again and see if it works, if it's not I do not know why you get codes that do not work, but disable and re-enable web services to see if a new code will work (Yes, I know, you already did). Let me know what happens and I will continue to help.

    You can use the double-install method to install Vista - * assuming * that you have an OEM license valid for XP or Vista on this machine.

    First install Vista using the default key (by penetrates not not in ANY key when you perform the installation), and then repeat the installation, this time using your upgrade key.

    I guess you mean that the sync button in iTunes, not on the iPad, will not work. If you are sure you have the latest version of iTunes and iOS (your profile shows 8.1) try quitting iTunes on the computer, restart the computer and force restart your iPad

    I downloaded the drivers needed from the Dell site and the burner will not work. The computer was again in March 2009. Not sure where the drivers should be located. I downloaded on: win\syswow64\drivers\afc.sys. I've looked everywhere and tried to find a dialog box offering the option "update drivers" for this device. Could not find a way to do except Dell and that doesn't seem to work. The 64-bit system has no 'Device Manager' that I can find. When I look at the properties of the burner, the link to "find a solution" is not highlighted.
