  The solution mentioned by others you will only see
  new entrants on multiple computers.  It will allow you to see the
  messages sent from a computer to be seen on several computers.  In the order
  to do the latter, you would need to move to an IMAP or HTTP account rather
  as POP3.

  store reside on a local hard drive, not on premises that are not accessible via the network

  My company uses Exchange server. I tried to use mail on El Capitan, but it downloaded all the emails and devours the capacity of the disk. Some articles were advised to log on to 365 portal, but it advisable to download the MS Office package, I assumed also download all emails. The URL Web App is limited only for internal access.
