  I have problem, first I can not connect to itunes store, can I remove the permission on this computer. But when I try to authorize dungeons failed and message "canned"accessing itunes store"loop. And after only 10 minutes I put warn something as "blah blah blah network connection has been lost. I have good connection and have no problem with any internet connection. There for 2 months I have a problem, I tried all of the solutions I found, but still I can't connect to itunes store.

  I am trying to access iTunes store from my iPhone 5 running latest iOS 9.3.2. When I open the video application, I see the message "no content. You can download videos from the iTunes Store. However, I don't see any button or anything I can use to navigate. No search option and nothing.

  I tried to go to the app Store in iTunes on the app store. I see a link "Visit iTunes store", but tapping on it takes me nowhere. Looks like I'm stuck somewhere.

  When I try to access Itunes store from within the itunes program, I get a message that I am not connected to the internet.  Well, actually, I'm connected.

  Windows 10 is notorious for not running programs that you can run before. My guess would be that it's Windows 10 and not your connection.
