Access old site

Is it possible to open (or import) with Muse, a site that was made by dreamweaver a few years ago?

Or a simple page in html format?

Thank you

iDid

Hello iDid,.

Unfortunately impossible site Dreamweaver import in Muse or if a site is hosted through Muse on Business catalyst or any other accommodation can not be downloaded and worked through Muse. The reason is that the Muse works on a special file that is created by the Muse herself and this file does not get uploaded anywhere. This file has an extension ".muse.

Kind regards

Fox

  • "This connection is Untrusted" appears when you try to access all sites on MacBook Pro; problem started after running Avast scan of the computer

I ran the full scan of the disc of Avast. Since then, I have been unable to access any site using Firefox without getting the message, "this connection is not approved." Many are the sites I have been too many times before, and they are trusted sites. I don't know if there is a problem with Firefox or Firefox could recover place a sort of new "infestation". The Avast scan resulted in 5 put files in a quarantine area. Eleven years could not be scanned. Thanks for any help you can provide!

I guess Safari normally works on these sites?

The latest version of avast! Web Shield includes a function to filter your Internet connections for potential threats. In order to filter secure sites, it must present a certificate of 'false' for the site in Firefox, so it can be 'in the middle' and read your secure communications. If Firefox is not set false certificates of trust, then you will get warnings for all secure sites.

You can disable this feature as a test to see if the problem goes away.

If this works, but you want to use the feature, you must import the certificate of Avast in the tab "References" of Firefox so Firefox accepts its false certificates (there might be an automated way AVAST to do this for you, or you might need export from IE and then import them into Firefox).

  • revive an old site

Maybe it's in the wrong section, but I really tried to find a more appropriate place, without success!

still, I have a website running, years ago with iweb 3.0.4.

It seems good and to be honest, I'm really sad that apple chose not to lose this program simple, elegant, (free)!

However, the site I made is quite heavy (by my standards) about 60 pages, and am now in a position where I really want to reorganize, to use new, but very similar...

problems may arise, and if someone can answer to ANY of them, I would be REALLY grateful!

1 I need to move the site to a new computer. Maybe a mac, maybe a pc, but either way I need to find the Domain.sites file, but it is invisible (I'm os10.11.6). I've seen the stuff to put "chflags nohidden ~/Library" in the terminal, but nothing I never in the terminal seems to work... (not that I'm often trying). I am a mac user. Terminal is foreign to me. and I typed in it, but still can't find Domain.sites...

2 obviously iWeb is long gone. Is there a current mac program that will open my old site for editing? If this isn't a pc program?

    3. and if all else fails, please can someone recommend something as simple and elegant as iWeb I can copy and paste the 60 pages of hard-working content, so that I don't have to reformat and rebuild links... !! ??

or has the world evolved so much? !!

Thanks in advance for your help

    Paul

To move your file, use iWebSites:

    http://wyodor.byethost8.com/iwebsites/iWebSites.html

It also has information how to find the file manually.

Bottom of the page of the themes, you can find the answer to your question, what other applications to use.

It has been discussed in thousands of subjects for the last millennium.

    And here's one:

Y at - it something new/recommended for iWeb?

  • Firefox keeps displaying old site, ff mobile detects the new site. How can I make Office go to the new site?

I moved my site from the old host of godaddy. updated the dns at register.com. On my phone android with firefox, I can see the new site, after I dropped the wifi and went to the data. On my desk and my husband two computers, we can only see the old site, even after clearing cache. How can I make Firefox displays the new site?

You can reload webpages and ignore the cache to refresh potentially stale or corrupt.

    • Hold down the SHIFT key and click the Reload button
    • Press 'Ctrl + F5' or 'Ctrl + Shift + R' (Windows, Linux)
    • Press 'Command + shift + R' (Mac)

You can delete all data stored in Firefox with a specific area through "Forget this Site" in the context menu of a history entry ("" history > view history "or" view > sidebar > History "") or via the subject: permissions page.

Using "Forget this Site" will delete all data stored in Firefox in this area as bookmarks, cookies, words of past, cache, history, and exceptions, so be careful and if you have a password or other data from that domain you don't want to lose then check that back up these data or make a comment.

You can't recover from this "forget" unless you have a backup of the files involved.

It has no lasting effect, so if come back you on such a 'forgotten' site, then the data of this Web site will be saved once more.

  • When you access Intranet sites that use SSL certificates issued by our internal PKI, FF for Windows gives an error of "incorrectly put in the form of message coded DER"

When to access Intranet sites who have the SSL certificates issued by our internal PKI, FF for Windows gives an error message - an error occurred when connecting to myshaw. Security Library: improperly formatted DER encoded message. (Error code: sec_error_bad_der)

Chrome and IE work fine. This is a PKI again using the signature SHA-2 algorithm.

I was able to identify the problem. Our public key infrastructure has been using some signature algorithms that FF did not support.

  • Can't access 1 site - no solution found

Because of this problem, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox from the authentic site, so I have the latest version. I can access any Web site (I've tried) of Firefox, except the following Web site: http://members.amazingacademy.com. I can access this site from other browsers. I contacted the site and they advised me that they are not all the other reports of the problems of other members using Firefox. I added Firefox to my firewall and restarted my computer. I tried to add to Malwarebytes, but can't, since I have the free version, so I don't know if this may be the problem. I don't see any way to add Web sites secure Microsoft Security Essentials. Help, please! I hate Chrome & IE!

    Hello

Try to clear your cookies and cache and then try to connect again.

    • History (or

(> History) > clear recent history

    Or:
    "Clear the Cache":

    • Tools (or

      > Options > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.

    'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

    • Tools (or

      > Options > privacy > "Use the custom settings for history" > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

  • Browser is no longer will allow me to access the sites that access all the time

I'm trying to access different websites that I've found only 12 hours ago, and I told myself I can not because of two issues of content - such as the proposed site porn my browser, either because the IP address is unclassifiable.
I checked to see if I had a bad Windows Update to explain this, and although there was an update to security 12 hours ago, it was listed as successful.
How can I access my sites again?

I discovered that the filter also affected my Kindle. I have contacted the ISP and discovered that they had made a mistake on their end. The problem is now resolved.
    Thanks for your response.

  • Field has been redirected correctly but only Firefox go to the old site

I built a new website for a client whose domain is registered with GoDaddy. The URL has been updated in GoDaddy and verified with one of their technicians. All other browsers I've tried going on the new site, but Firefox displays always the old site. The domain is http://www.auburnsummermusiccamp.com, the old site was hosted on Google and the new site is at http://www.karlinlouiseimrie.com/auburnmusic/. Firefox is my normal browser so I only tried other browsers when GoDaddy has confirmed that the redirect worked although I still got the old site. I tried to clear the cache and history.

The URL without www. prefix redirects and presents the new website in an iframe:

    <frameset rows="100%,*" border="0">
      <frame src="http://www.karlinlouiseimrie.com/auburnmusic/index.php" frameborder="0" />
      <frame frameborder="0" noresize />
    </frameset>

With the www. the prefix I get the old domain, then maybe you should ask to redirect this area as well.

  • Strange pages updated to the point that is trying to access a site.

When I click to access a site, I get weird things like taking a survey of Firefox, the free map of Wal-Mart, which sell things. 1 I had was just a small white square in the middle of the page that says something like congratulations. You are the lucky visitor & win a prize. Click here. That always comes to the top too. I have never clicked on it.
This is an example of a time it happens. I play Gardens of Time. I also belong to Facebook. If I'm on FB & one of my nabors has need of something and I try to help & can't get on the site GOT to help. I receive one of the above. I changed today to Safari and it not happened at all in Safari. I prefer Firefox, but if this continues, & there for several days, I'll be forced to use another site. Please help clarify this.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

    • Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode without failure.

  • Strange question WLAN - can't access secure sites

    Hello!

I just bought a Toshiba L100-120. All right, except the following.

I can't access the sites secured with the Intel 3945abg built-in. Other sites are OK.

If I connect LAN, all is well. If I insert my Wireless PCMCIA card, it works also. The only problem is: to access the sites secured with the Intel wireless device.

I already changed the drivers, I tried everything. It's very strange :(

Thanks a lot if someone has an idea!

    Hello

I'm a bit confused of Mr. do you mean WLan secure or secure Web sites?

If you can not enter the secure, encrypted WiFi network, you must enter the right key.
In other cases, so some Web sites are not displayed you can try changing the privacy settings of IE for the Internet zone.

  • Can not access the site Web of John Lewis, get message server unexpectedly dropped the connection all the time

Use the iMac with El Capitan 10.11.1 & Safari 9.0.1

During the last week, I was unable to access the site Web of John Lewis and the message "Safari cannot open page www.johnlewis.com because the server dropped the connection unexpectedly. Sometimes this happens when the server is busy. Wait a few minutes and then try again"I retry but get the same message all the time. Can access all other sites ok.

I emptied the cache, deleted the cookies and history. Enter the name of the site in its entirety is not helped either.

Unable to access the Web by John Lewis site with my iPad either.

    Help!

    Try restarting/resetting the router.

    Try a reboot.

Make a backup using Time Machine or a cloning program, to ensure that data files can be recovered. Two backups are better than one.

Try to set up another admin user account to see if the same problem persists. If back to my Mac is enabled in system preferences, the guest account will not work. The intention is to see if it is specific to an account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.

Isolate a problem by using a different user account

If the problem is still there, try to start safe mode using your usual account.  Disconnect all devices except those necessary for the test. Shut down the computer and then put it up after a 10 second wait. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the SHIFT key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear. Startup is considerably slower than normal. This will reset some caches, forces a check for directory and disables all start-up and connection, among other things. When you restart normally, the initial restart may be slower than normal. If the system is operating normally, there may be 3rd party applications that pose a problem. Try to delete/disable the third-party applications after a reboot using the UN-Installer. For each disable/remove, you need to restart if you do them all at once.

Safe mode - on El Capitan

    Start Mode without failure-El Capitan.
