  Try restarting/resetting the router.

  Try a reboot.

  Make a backup using Time Machine or a cloning program, to ensure that data files can be recovered. Two backups are better than one.

  Try to set up another admin user account to see if the same problem persists. If back to my Mac is enabled in system preferences, the guest account will not work. The intention is to see if it is specific to an account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.

  Isolate a problem by using a different user account

  If the problem is still there, try to start safe mode using your usual account.  Disconnect all devices except those necessary for the test. Shut down the computer and then put it up after a 10 second wait. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the SHIFT key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear. Startup is considerably slower than normal.   This means that it is not the browser based. I have no problem with Opera. I left the site through my internet filter, but it is not yet available. I have the app of discord, but it does not start because that which relies on the site as well. I tried to change my orders of SSL encryption, but in vain. I do not have TLS 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 enabled in Internet Explorer, but that did nothing. I also tried enabling a butload of different SSL settings, but nothing.   Hey! I was able to go on another computer and debug the problem, and it could not connect to the site. The common denominator was my filter. I caught then logs the url which proved that my filter was actually it blocks even if I had added explicitly to my list of authorized contacts. Then, I removed the 'old' and added to the green list to resolve the problem:

  I then refreshed my filter and everything started working! Wow, I appreciate much help and support. Thank you!

  I know it's a mistake with the computer because I used the cables, ethernet, router, etc. on the computer before and it has worked well, and I hit this place on the same network. The ethernet port will Flash yellow/orange. I am currently using W7 Home.
