Access to the instance of the Application Module to the users of servlet

I have a servlet that is required to access the current users request module instance.

I added the servlet to filter "adfBindings" to access links in the servlet.
It works very well. I can access all the links in the servlet.
The security context of the user is also available.
But the servlet always creates a new instance of request for a user module.
I tried several ways to access the module of the application.

I need the servlet to access the actual instance.
I tried to also pass the State "_adf.ctrl" for the servlet, but without success.

Is there a way to access the current instance of request module in a servlet?

Thanks for your help!

Richard

I use JDeveloper 11.1.1.3.0 (JDEVADF_11.1.1.3.PS2_GENERIC_100408.2356.5660)

You can do it. The idea/solution is Jan Vervecken and works as far as I tested it.
You need build a URL pointing to your servlet with a parameter to transfer the current DataControlFrame. In the servlet to read the parameter and uses it to obtain the current DataControlFrame.

You can find the thread here what createRootApplicationModule() must be called from a servlet?
with a sample application and the screen cast to show how it works

  • GPO: CD and DVD: deny write access prevents the user to use their USB Pen drive, but other users or ok

My users have secure readers Pen who throw a CDROM partition with a secure logon application that decrypts the key to mass storage USB the USB on successful logon. The problem I have is that users who install the USB cannot initialize then the app launcher CDROM to enter their password to access the element of the rendering it useless USB mass storage.

However, any user who has the same type of USB key that plugs in to the endpoint that has already installed the drivers is able to access their own USB or the other users of USB stick (knowledge by providing the password).

So I've isolated the problem being down to the presence of the GPO setting shown above on the removable storage access policy and by not having not this policy in place when a user installs the USB key, they have no problems, but I can't find a way to clean a user that is already broken, even if I delete the GPO from this user , remove their local profile so that they start as a new user (no roaming or other data) and use a variety of utilities such as USBOblivion to clear the registry and the file system of the USB and installation. When the original user logs back and then installs the USB again, they have the same problem, but no one else does. I have the same problem if I try with another user or administrator as the first user after "clean it up". Everyone can use the pen drive except the user who originally installed when the GPO was in place.

If I move the user to a new endpoint or rebuild their end point, then they have no problem being the USB setup and then use it because the GPO has been deleted, so what I need to know, that's what he's talking about installing USB and the GPO which is tattooed somewhere in Windows and how can I remove it?

  • only read access to the user

    Hi friends,

I use the oracle 10.2.0.3 version.

I have an asguser of the user who needs read access to the objects a bit. After I gave read access, he is able to access but must specify the schema_name.object_name. How can I make the user directly access the object without the schema name.

The user will access them through an application. I don't think we can put a session level trigger.

Why not?  The trigger to run when a connection is established.  He does not know the application, and the application does not know about the trigger.

As for your original question, the only alternative is a synonym.  When a given user is a reference to an object (like a table), oracle assumes that the object belongs to the user.  So, if the user wishes to make reference to an object that belongs to another user, their only choices are

    (1) to qualify the name of the object with the name of the owner

    (2) have a synonym that equates the name synonymous in the name of full object

    (3) change the session as John described.

You asked about the creation of another user.  How do you think it would solve the problem?

In the end, classic, manual, the most often used solution is a synonym.  I really don't understand why you seem to reject that.

    Hello

Unable to access user account! So I have to go as a guest! How can I get access in the comments, I type the password as an administrator as the user account is the administrator who is the account that I can't access!

Suppose I want to remove the password so that I can access it again, but do not know how...

Sorry, but all history is somewhat strange.
Maybe a stupid question now belongs but this laptop you or are you trying to access the laptop computer that belongs to someone else?

I mean, you know the correct password, and I don't understand what the problem is here.
What model of laptop do you have?

Another question: did you create recovery disk for your laptop? Without correct password, you will not be able to start the installation of HARD drive recovery too. It can now be quite problematic.

I would not disturb that, unless block you also all kinds of internet connectivity, ban installs them, access to records system, the bios password, remove completely the usb drivers, block the visibility of the post, disable usb on motherboard, disable uefi, assign admin security locks, network and start of recovery and encrypt hard drives (bitlocker or material) your choice).

  • Admin has no access to the user account

I have a XP Pro computer where a user profile directory has no access at all to administrators: only for himself and system.

Is this normal and supported? How can this be achieved?

When I create a new account on this computer, the profile directory allows access to administrators.

The problem is that I want to use some backup software that runs as administrator, so that it cannot properly access the user's data.

NT Backup of the Microsoft can save everything without problems.

I would so understand, I can ask the author of said software to backup to fix, or my setup is weird way and is.

    Thank you

    -pa

You could remove rights administrative account to any file or folder on the computer while you could do this for a profile.  If you leave rights system alone, Yes, the built-in backup function still works.

However, anyone with administrative rights could just as easily give themselves rights of return...

    Hello

Yes, using different ways; one of them is using group-lock, which is a simple check to validate if the Tunnel group or the connection profile as you called it with that sign corresponds to what you have defined under group policy. If the value of Tunnel-Group-Lock (condition true), the VPN remote access session is allowed to install;  otherwise the session is not allowed to be implemented.

The tunnel-group-lock featurecan be defined as follows:

    • via the group-policy setting locally on ASA
    • via the LDAP attribute
    • via the Radius attribute

  • Limit the access of the user to the defined alerts

    Hello world

I'm working on vRealize Operations Manager version 6.2. I've created several groups and each group has different permissions. I set alerts for each group (each group wants to see some kind of diffirent of alerts). The problem is I want to let users to read only the Alerts Summary page not alerts from other groups and in the administration area, we can only say if the user can read or not all alerts, there is no way to associate an alert to a group of users. I want to know, is it possible or not? How can we make using PowerCLI? Thank you for your help.

    Souad

You can enable or disable alerts for groups of different objects by assigning different policies (with relevant alerts on or off). I don't think it's possible to hide or assign different alerts for different groups of users today: if they are able to view alerts for certain objects, they will see all alerts.

  • Can Oracle 10g - I use a variable for the access of the user identifywhat tablesto?

I have the following code in a trigger (PL/Sql block) of a form:

    Select fieldname in user1.sometable myvar;

is it possible to use a variable instead of coding hard "user1"? And on the same subject, this variable would also be declared in the world?

    Thanks in advance,
    Darren

    Hello!

User1 is the owner of the table sometable.

If only the User1 runs your form, there is no need to put the tableowner in front of the tablename parameter.

If other users run your form, you must create a public or private (for each user) synonym of this table.
After that, you don't need to use owner.tablename in your sql statement.

    But:
You cannot use a variable for the user name without using dynamic sql
as you do if you create a recordgroup.

  • Admin user accessing all the users "my folders."

    Hey everybody,

I am connected to responses like the Adiministrator user and I am trying to find a way to navigate to the folder of a given user to debug a report. For example, suppose user contacts Bob explaining that there was a report in the folder 'My files' which seems suspicious and wants me to check. I would like to be able to log on as an administrator and somehow, navigate to the folder of Bob and run the report and see what the problem is.

Until now, the only way I was able to accomlish, it is to go into "Manage a catalog", then click on the directory path (/: users: administrator) I click on "users". Once in the users folder, I have to find the user, that is to say Bob, click Properties and take possession of his file. So I click on permissions and give me permission. Finally, I have to go through each report with the fact that he has a problem and also to set permissions at this level to. This seems to be a process very stretched out for an administrator user should just be able to do 1 or 2 clicks and should be able to view/run/edit report of Bob.

Does anyone have an idea how to do this?
