  Earlier I had just a terrible experience.  I will, and I wanted to buy a picture.  Thus, at the time of purchase, I went to check the small i for information on licenses.  I see that the extended license is too much for me, so I come back and bought the standard one.

  Then, after a minute or so, I get 2 emails... with TWO purchases.  one for the standard license and the other for the scope.

  OK so far. I think... no worries.  Bad call Adobe.  After have many looking for a certain number, it turns out that they have only a cat put in place for this... so, here, I talk in India.  After my problem, I'm being transferred to another person, who tells me that they can not give me my money back.  Basically, they say nothing they could do, but give me for 'free' standard of 8 images for this license.   Remember, they are not free, bc I pay for them.  Terrible, terrible customer service.

  Last time I deal with Adobe Stock.  I would like to do the same thing if I were you.

  Adobe Stock offers licenses allowing licensees to sell products or services based on an asset?

  At the moment, Adobe Stock only provides standard licenses, allowing the licensee to use the asset only for illustration purposes.

  I am new to Adobe Stock (DPC) and accidentally licensed photo (but it did not download). I tried to change the default "save in" location on my desk rather than the cloud and it under license of the photo. • Independent access to the purchased Adobe stock images?

  We have an account of the Adobe CC team. We share libraries successfully team with images appearing without watermark - large licensed.

  However, we bought an image Adobe stock for a particular project. This project is being developed by a freelancer who has working access to the CC library associated with the purchased image. They can not see the image without watermark.

  Can someone tell how to work effectively on this or if we hit a limitation of Adobe Stock?

  Just before Christmas, I have connected to Adobe Stock and began the process of buying my first "single image".

  I chose the image I wanted and was sold by using my credit card. I had some internet problems that night, and somehow the transaction has been processed twice.

  I contacted support and asked them for a refund (they don't me you). During this conversation, I was told that I was on a single image subscription (or two subscriptions due to the error). I couldn't understand this as anywhere I see done website, terms or common Questions made it says that a "single image" is a periodic subscription. On the Stock site he said "pay-per-view the image or choose a subscription. In the table options it is said, of the simple image a $11.99 and then has 10 images for $ 35.99 / mo and 750 for $ 239/mo. Having "/ mo ' at the end refers to recurring subscription but the $11.99 has no this. I asked the support person to cancel subscriptions in this matter and requested a confirmation by email, which did not arrive...

  I contacted support once again and was told by another person that individual images are not on subscription. What the heck! now I'm totally confused.

  I don't know what they are talking about honestly. I have more than an hour to try to understand how much it will cost to waste or how to communicate with them and there no way to do that, you just lost in a maze of FAQ that solves nothing and the only telephone number for the United States.
  Is there anyone actually using Adobe Stock? Is not that there is no other service like this and I don't know if it's better if I would probably go and buy a subscription elsewhere but still frustrating seen lose so much time for nothing.

  Once I have download images, vectors, or anything like that;  I have the license?  I design coloring books and I'd love to all the resources that I can use!  But if I integrate Adobe Stock in my work, I want to know it's mine.

  It is not "your". You are only allowed to use it. If you use images and selling them as part of a book where the images are the main value then you need to obtain an extended license.

  Anyway you do not 'own' the image. You are free to use forever well.

  Sign up for Adobe Stock of 1 year (10 images a month plan) and the first month is automatically reimbursed.  You can cancel without in the first month risk if you do not want to continue with the subscription.

  Hi, my question is on Adobe Stock. I have around 5-6 images I want to acquire from Adobe. I have them stored in the library. I want to buy with 50% reduction of single image. However, I discovered that I can't select some images at a time and put them in my cart. I can only check a single image and it go directly to the outside to check for billing. So my question is how do I check all the images I want to buy and go at once to complete, instead of doing all over again for 5 different billing transactions. Please help, thanks in advance.

  You are trying to get the images with the single image plane, it will allow you to authorize a single image at a time.

  So for the first time(first image), it will ask you the payment information. Next image, it will automatically process the order with previous payment information.

  In addition, you can get a comprehensive plan like 10 pictures per month or 750 images a month, you will be charged for the subscription and the licenses will be added for you can use to acquire the images.
