  I have accidentally bought Adobe Photoshop instead of creating items. The reason why I bought it was to edit videos and of course, this is not possible with photoshop.

  Is it possible to Exchange Photoshop for first (as they seem to be the same price) or is there a penalty that I can pay to go from photoshop to first?

Never been on a website where the information is automatically saved. I wouldn't know it was legal. I clicked 'buy' for an image, but a circle came that said meant "license" I thought that the image has already been licensed. So, I did about five times more before becomes suspicious and enter in my account and seeing that I now have about $50 pictures of almost the same thing. I tried to understand this or get support, but Adobe apparently does not provide any support unless you have a subscription. I spent some time on the site trying to find a phone number, contact/e-mail form or a chat option. I hope to return some of the photos that I didn't need. Someone at - he had that experience or have any ideas?

However, now my serial number does not match a mac version. What can I do? I have no need for a serial number of Windows-applicable only, can it be transformed into mac somehow?
