However, now my serial number does not match a mac version. What can I do? I have no need for a serial number of Windows-applicable only, can it be transformed into mac somehow?

  I have Windows 7 64-bit and when installing Photoshop Elements10 and first Elements 10, I realized after the fact that I should have installed Disk 2 instead of disk 1. When you try to uninstall, I got a message that I would lose my license to reinstall on that computer. Can I install Disk 2 with 1 disc already installed?

  From the outset, I must admit that I'm not the best to search the Internet to find answers to complex computer problems (or at least complicated for me). I did my best to try to find help or information to the problem I'm having, but ended up only more confused and frustrated.

  I was able to run to first Elements 9 on my old PC (Windows 7 - home page) for a while with no problems. However, just last week I did splurge on a PC brand new (Windows 10) and can't get Premiere Elements to function properly at all.

  My problem:

  Premiere Elements will be charge. The program opens. He will ask me to name my new project, I do it, and then it does nothing. It does not load a project timeline/layout / anything. It is just an open window and empty. All menu options for what that this either in the upper part are all grayed out - apart from the creation of a new project, open a project and help options. Create a new project does nothing - as I have already said. I have no plans to open it, I find myself with options here. If I try to open one that I named in my attempts to get the program working, I get a notice of a serious error causing elements that need to close. I click 'ok' (as my only option) and get a second error message: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library - Runtime Error! First Elements - this application has requested enforcement in an unusual way.   I have uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled, reinstalled...

  I downloaded this file/additional patch for Elements 9.

  I made the diagnosis and he said that I could run in Windows 7, but there is nothing (granted, once again, that there is another computer with Windows 10).

  There is no option to upgrade on the website of the $40 more purchase price (which would be equivalent to the original price of combination $119.99) after I bought the first 13 items only ($79.99).

  Suppose you bought the items 13 as a download from Adobe first.

  Adobe sells more than 13 Photoshop or Premiere elements 13 elements. He sells only the latest version now (v14).

  If you bought the first 13 elements download Adobe over the last 30 days, you should be able to request a return/refund from Adobe. I do not know how he would deal with an Exchange because it sells more than 13 - May 14 deal might be involved? Just in case you are eligible, Contact Customer Care

  And, if you bought elsewhere (from an authorized dealer), you are governed by the policy of return/refund/exchange of the authorized dealer, not Adobe direct.

  But if you are not within 30 days of the purchase, you'll probably eventually find a dealer authorized to buy Photoshop elements 13, although it is still available.

  Many scenarios here, but you should have business with Adobe on this if it goes back to the purchase of Adobe. If this isn't a direct purchase from Adobe, your fate is up to the dealer.

  You get usually just a serial number by program... a list of 24 numbers, 6 sets of 4.

  I bought Photoshop Elements & first 14 elements (student and teacher added) and try to install it on my PC for Windows 10. When I try to run the set - up.exe it tells me there is an error during initialization, possibly because of a missing file. I just started the process and only downloaded. I was not very far, oops.
