Accidentally, I bought a platform. How can I Exchange it?

I recently bought Adobe Photoshop Elements. I bought (on accident) of the Windows version, but I need a Mac. How can I change platforms?

There was not an accident.  There are many people reporting the same problem, it seems more likely that there is something wrong with the buying process.  What you need to do is to contact Adobe Support by chat or phone and ask them to grant you the scholarship for the platform that you intend to buy for.
