I bought adding Adobe Cloud student-to-teacher and accompanying adobe products last year. I had about a year, with payments to be made. Shortly after I finished the payments, my computer fried.

Is this a normal problem?

Some general information for a subscription of cloud
Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

I downloaded the installation program Adobe Cloud but it used to open anything
SO I bought a new computer laptop lenova PC and downloaded Cloud. It worked well and was able to do photoshop (trial version), but something happened to my laptop which has forced me to restore the system.
I have redownloaded and download Adobe cloud Setup, but when I double clock it has nothing past. It'll just gimme this "initialization Installer" thing of loading and then nothing. Nothing appears more or anything like that. I check my cell phone to see if install you it no matter what but nothing. What should I do?

sometimes - for some reason-CC "unwilling" work. In this case, you should CC completely remove and reinstall by using Adobe Creative cloud cleaning tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

How to get the libraries of Adobe cloud for synchronization with adobe MUSE?
I followed the tutorial, "design a sensitive site without coding. I have two libraries on cloud creative adobe called "Responsive Web Design". In the tutorial, I should be able to access these libraries through MUSE, 'cc libraries', but they are not in the Adobe Muse "libraries"? Is there a way I can download the libraries on my computer that load them onto MUSE? What is the best approach?
Do not use the "Library" Panel, but the Panel "CC library".

But I realized that when I close Adobe Cloud, it gets damaged immediately. Then when I open it again, appears the error message.

My creative cloud subscription ran out. I've updated my contact information. Adobe is deducted from the money, but I can't find the serial number in my account for the product so can't get all running programs. I have the small card, but there are letters and numbers. The designer Cloud Desktop application FAQ is the question is there a file size limit?:
With the creative Cloud Desktop application, you can upload files up to 5 GB. If you try to download anything more, you can see some unexpected errors.
With creative cloud site, you can upload files up to 1 GB. If you try to download anything more, you can see a few unexpected download failures.
I don't know what the upper limit for the cloud of Document, but you can ask in their forum here Document PDF of Cloud services.

Cannot connect to the Adobe cloud under different account :(
I recently downloaded a trial of Adobe cloud in my gmail account. I learned from my instructor that there a student discount available so I bought the monthly version of the cloud. However, when I go to my office to try to run Photoshop, it is always under my gmail account and warns my my trial happened to expire. I just want to know how to connect to my student account so I can access Photoshop.
If you have installed the CC Manager you must only connect with your student account information.
