Acrobat 9 pro serial number

When you try to open Acrobat 9 Pro now, I get a message asking me my serial number. Either that or to open another counterpart CS5 product. I do this, and nothing happens. I get the same message. I crossed the serial number Locator and put my serial number, and I get a message saying that the serial number is incorrect. All my other programs work fine, I just need Acrobat Pro to work. Can anyone help or point me to a resolution to this?

    I'm an old Adobe Creative Suite 4 Web Premium user and always use this version on an older Mac.

    I recently had to replace the internal hard disk, and then reinstall Adobe Creative Suite 4.

    Everything works well except for Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro.

    In a first time Installer recognized the Acrobat 9 Pro is already installed (I had originally copied throughout the old hard drive that wasn't). But he wouldn't let me not reinstall it because it was already there. I tried to launch Acrobat 9 Pro, and he would ask for a serial number but would not accept serial number CS4 that is listed on the back of the DVD case. I then uninstalled using the uninstall program provided and try again. Then the CS4 installer it did not show as installed or available for installation. The associate listed element only Acrobat was Acrobat.com.


    Then, I found and downloaded the stand-alone Installer Acrobat 9 Pro here:

    I downloaded and installed, but even once, when I get to the screen the serial number, it puts a red X when I get my serial number CS4.

    Yes, it worked.

    So the trick was to disassemble the old drive that had a previous installation of CS4 on it, I was replacing this drive with this new or would refuse to install Acrobat CS4, but would be happy install all the other CS4 applications.

    Adobe does not recommend the use of any migration software to transfer the software.

    If please remove Acrobat and reinstall it and use the serial number to activate it.

It might be time for XI (9 qualifies for the upgrade), especially with the potential problems with 9 on a new system (at least if it is Win 8.1). You can be successful with the installation and operation, but it could be a potential problem.

  • Version of Acrobat Pro serial number of DC will not start.

    I compile and install images by computer for teachers and staff in a University.
    Some of these users choose to buy Acrobat Pro DC in the edition number constantly to keep the software with the machine through personnel changes.

    I install the software at the time of the generation and the software can't get out on the internet.

    When the computer is in place and connected to the network, the user is prompted to enter their Adobe ID to register the product.

    Entering successfully into their adobe ID, the product completes without error.  The product is not registered. Next launch, the process repeats.

    I have:

    -run a repair on the installation.

    -uninstalled and reinstalled the product

    -Launch the uninstallation and clean to remove utility the product and any other acrobat software and settings, then re-installed.

    -Attempt connect using different user adobe accounts.

    -Downloaded the latest installer of serial number of: download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI or X and installed with it.

    The problem persists.

    The machine is online.  On the login screen, the user chooses to connect now.  Launch of Acrobat IS NOT successfully, but rather closes without error and without registration of the facility.

    I think that this series of events is not technically a 'solution' as a workaround solution usually involves the product of work after work around the problem.

    This issue is constantly itchy and will become problematic as the dozen multiple computers that are running a version of Acrobat Pro must be replaced and the new, non-functioning software installed.

    A next resolution would be appreciated,

    Okay, so I made a second attempt, this time:

    1: uninstall all products (including non-pro versions) adobe acrobat, and then restart the computer.

    2: go to C:\ProgramData\Adobe\, here you need to rename the folder named "SLStore" "SLStore_old" or you can use any name of your choice. (Please note: ProgramData is a hidden folder and you may not be able to see it.) Make sure that hidden files do not appear on your computer, you can follow this link to the same thing: Show hidden - files-Windows help)

    3: go to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache. Delete all the files and folder in this folder. Make sure that you do not remove the SLCache itself.

    4: go to:-C:-users- \AppData \Local-Adobe-OOBE, delete this folder.  I also deleted the folder % userprofile%\AppData\Local, % userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow, %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming Acrobat

    5: used CCleaner to clean the registry references

    6: reboot

    7: install Acrobat DC when you're connected to the internet by using the last installation program downloaded, before the serial number when prompted.

    8: restart the computer without launching Acrobat DC.

    9: launch acrobat DC, connect you with the Adobe account, accept the license terms

    10: (again) invited me for the serial number.  Serial number entered.

    At this point, the program successfully launched.  Although I can't say for sure what's the difference between the first and second attempt.

    I am wary uninstaller expatriates registry references which do not crushed on re - install?  Restarting Windows 98 - style persistent may also have changed things.

    However, this kind of unpredictable behavior has been the standard for all of our DC Pro Acrobat installs.  Some work very well on the first try, others take 3 or more, some take the above list to play with hidden files and registry entries to work.

    Thank you for your help, however, I hope the installation for versions of serial number becomes more standardized and less unpredictable with future updates, it takes a lot of time for those of us with a selective use Adobe programs in an enterprise environment.

  • My computer has been destroyed and I have to re - install all my software.  I found my Adobe Acrobat order with serial number, but I have not found a way to re - download the product.

    I need to re - install Adobe Acrobat X or XI (I do not remember that I am brush up of ashes).  I bought a laptop another Sager... extremely good by the way, came out to the orders and the serial numbers for my order and got the serial number, number and (even though I found the cover later in all the undesirable), but I have not found a way to download the product again.

    How can I get the url of re - download product Adobe X, plug my serial number and reactivate the product.  My phone number is the same as when I bought the product, as is my email address, if this isn't a con man who has grabbed my box and fled with her.

    BTW, I'll have to send my phone to SAGER, because I wanted it it configured in RAID 1 and all drivers are now included in Windows 10 and if not, they have a large database they find the driver for any device the problem is with, except the driver for the disks RAID 1 array.  I called MS and I said I was on the phone to Intel who did the MOBO with the hardware RAID and tthat MS Windows 10 kept crashing whenever we tried to load drivers RAID 1.  It is a known issue for Intel.  Microsoft just laughing about it.  Has anyone experience this problem at the moment?

  • Why so CC correctly installed Acrobat requires a serial number?

    I installed Acrobat Pro XI as part of my creative cloud subscription. Acrobat told me a few days ago I came across days of hearing and I had to add a serial number to continue using it. I don't have a serial number for Acrobat; just a CC license. All other CC applications work well.

    When I look at the creative cloud application, it tells me that Acrobat Pro Xi is installed and up-to-date.

    I need to solve this problem of emergency so I can launch Acrobat again. How to solve the problem?

    Hi Juan,

    As Acrobat is installed as a separate product, it is not recognized as part of the creative cloud subscription. Follow the steps below:

    (1) open any product of Adobe Creative cloud and click Help > Deactivate and disable all products.

    (2) restart the machine and open the CC software, log in to activate all.

    (3) launching Adobe Creative cloud and any application Adobe CC, after launching Acrobat pro XI. It should take the subscription automatically.

    If this isn't the case, then you must uninstall Acrobat Pro XI and install from the Adobe Creative cloud application.

Even when I log in the ITunes store, I see all my downloads and purchases it (the only one who was not free was when I upgraded to Lion mountain in 2013) including all order numbers, but he still claims that I didn't authorize my computer with this Apple ID (although I thought that I had when I activated all first it) and it does not give the serial number of my laptop. Any advice on how I can retrieve this information?

    If you have the original receipt or the original box, both will have the serial number.
