  I'm very frustrated with customer now support. I called and spoke with a representative was rude and short with me (because I didn't know where to find my serial key because the software has been installed years ago). So, I spoke with an agent via the web and he directed me to a website for Acrobat 8 professional. (Can I use it?) Then he told me too bad go on the forums. He finds. WTF? I want to just my software I paid for. Does anyone at this company can give me a link to download the software?

  Unfortunately there is no download for older versions of Acrobat Standard.

  Also your serial number for Acrobat 9 Standard won't work on Acrobat XI.

  The only option I have for you is to purchase an upgrade to Acrobat Standard XI: https://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html

I bought Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard and you want to reinstall it on the new Tablet but impossible to find a link to the installation files.   Acrobat 9 Standard download is not available.  However I suggest you upgrade to Acrobat XI, which is the latest version of Acrobat 9 is a very old software.

  Your license will work for the Windows version and it is too old to qualify for a swap of platform (I don't know if it is a Mac version of standard far in the back - I think that there is for Windows).

  How did you find that it is a Pro CD Installer?
