Acrobat DC student - subscription?
Hi, I am wanting to buy the student acrobat edition, but some say that even if you pay the advertised price, at the front has warned that there is also a monthly subscription to pay. This information is correct? I have to buy the product and then on top of that pay monthly fees to use the product or is the subscription fees for the cloud storage (which I didn't need). Is anyone able to confirm the purchase price is all that is required to use the software, or you can buy it and also a monthly subscription. I tried to ask a representative of sales at Adobe by am until waiting for more an hour and 20 minutes, so I try to ask for help through the forums. Thank you

I am a student in the final year of the AMF. Can I keep the subscription studying another year, as long as I'm still a student? As I see in the thread about student subscription, there are no answers. This means that the customer support is non-existent.
The system is losing people for this reason, there is no customer support!

I had access to all Adobe apps Mobile for one year reduced prices intro but I have found that I really only use Acrobat Pro DC, Lightroom and Photoshop. I use Acrobat Pro DC on a day to day basis more than the other two apps but when I need Lr and Ps are also essential to me. I'm a person, not a business.
And so my question - I have to pursue my plan version 'complete' to a 40% increase in the price for access to these three features... or
can I subscribe to * two * Acrobat Pro DC subscription and terms of photography?
I know that I can subscribe to more than one unique plan of "App" but none of them are simple applications and do not appear as such.

Yes, you can subscribe to Plan + only Acrobat App on the same Adobe ID photography.

Bought an Acrobat Pro DC subscription but still can not prepare form
Hey people Adobe and Forum.
I have to admit, I'm a little frustrated. I bought an Acrobat Pro DC subscription with the express intention of creating fillable forms. Given that many tools of purchase/members have opened for use (including files combine, Fill & sign, Send & Track, etc), but other tools when you click on deport me to the Web page to buy a subscription... I already have. These include: prepare the form, delete, etc.. They should all be included in my DC Pro subscription, so why am I asking pay? How can I "add" to my account?
Please tell me what I need to do my program recognizes me as a Subscriber, so I can access all the features promised. I'm logged into my Adobe account.

Would like to inform you that it seems that you are still working in Acrobat Reader MS instead of Acrobat Pro DC (paid version)
Please use this link to download & install the program:-Download Adobe Acrobat DC (DC) | Company or VIP
After that, also set Acrobat Pro Dc as Manager default PDF.

I just purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro Student and Teacher Edition CD and tried to install it but I get a message that my sweet! wear is not up to date, I have OSX 10.7.5 and need 10.9 or higher. I tried to update the software, but I get a message that it is up-to-date.
Have you tried to upgrade the operating system? If so, then is there an error message you get when installing? Please share.

I assume you are using Acrobat Reader for iOS/Android/Windows Phone, because you posted your question on Acrobat Reader mobile forum. If this isn't the case, please let us know.
With the Acrobat Pro DC subscription, you pouvez use the 'Edit PDF' function to change the text in a PDF document on a mobile device, if the following conditions are met.
- Your PDF document to edit. (Some PDF documents may not allow editing due to permissions and document encryption.)
- You are registered under the Adobe ID with which you used to purchase the subscription Acrobat Pro DC.
- You are using Acrobat Reader for iOS on iPad. (The 'Edit PDF' function is not taken in charge on an iPhone. In addition, please note that Acrobat Reader for Android version 15.3.1 or older did not support the 'Edit PDF' function again.)
The information above explains why you can't edit a PDF document?

I see you have a subscription cloud creative under the enamel even as for the forums.
You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

I have two Adobe Id with first ID, I used the trial version. When it expired, I did the second ID and purchased Adobe Acrobat proDC version with monthly subscription. On my first ID it shows now that I have Acrobat pro DC subscription. Second ID (the one I bought the subscription) shows nothing. Now, during installation by using the ID of the first, all is going well, except using the software. He always says "your trial has expired! Using the ID of the second to make same duration does not work... I can't download the right version. Free trial only. Pleasehelp me. I'm desperate.

Can not afford student subscription cloud and not afford to buy my self free

I've reached my limits, and we are talking about the limit where I don't have food and don't know how to pay the rent next month. I have a cloud of student subscription, and I love it. It's not expensive, but expensive is a relative idea. I hope it will get better soon, but I have no idea since I now am att the lowest level ever. My end of plan in may 2016, so if I left my plan there will be a fee for early end to my subscription. And I can't afford to be. There is literally no money.
I used all my savings of sons, I borrowed from my limit. So even little monthly low for student subscription does not exist.
But I want to have my subscription. I use lightroom, I use photoshop. I intend to learn indesign.
I wonder what my options are now when the next payment fails? What can I do?

Those who are the cause of the problem, activation request fails to reach the Activation of Adobe server.
We must default Hosts.
Run Microsoft Fix tool to reset hosts.
Quit and then relaunch the application Adobe Creative Cloud and check, it will fix the problem.
