  Thank you very much. Yes, the problem was exactly the same. Thunderbird executable disappeared after an update. I reinstalled it simply by downloading the configuration file. All my configurations and emails and folders, etc were in place. A great feeling to not lose everything. Again, thank you for your kind reply.

  You can download, install, and configure Windows Live Mail again or use Windows Mail, which is the default email program in Vista.

  How to set up Windows Mail.

  Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider); They provide your broadband / dial connection.

  Ask them to:

  1. your username with them

  2. your password with them.

  3 incoming mail POP3 server.

  4. the outgoing mail SMTP server

  All the settings that you need to come from them, not Microsoft; and they are usually happy to help you set up your e-mail program.

• Lost my Yahoo Toolbar with the latest update of firefox (v43.0.1), he can't find anywhere.

  Tried to reinstall; Firefox tries to block, but I click "allow installation." After that Yahoo Toolbar re - install it says to restart Firefox. After you restart Firefox toolbar is still not anywhere. Not found in Tools/Add-ons, or anywhere.   Thanks for your persistence and report back. I don't know why sometimes the prefs.js file becomes locked and uneditable, but looks like it was the main problem.

  I recently bought a Dell coming 8 Pro 32 GB tablet.  Everything is working fine without any problems, but then just the other day I couldn't access is no longer the windows store.  It is just stuck to the green at the loading screen and never changes.  I tried wsrest.exe, but that did nothing.  In addition, and I don't know if they are related, I read that windows store problems can come from need to install windows updates.  So I tried to open the Windows updates, but I can't access any option, whenever I click on something it just freezes.  So I don't know what is happening!  If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

  Hello, I too have had the same problem but have managed to solve. I went in desktop and accessed the control panel. Click system and security, then under windows update click on ' check for updates '. Once done, it should tell you that you have updated and click on install. Let it do its thing and when it asks to restart so and once rebooted, and all updates installed the windows store should work again that how I got mine will once again. It will be useful.
