  No matter what I did, I couldn't make it work. I found the CAT Adobe option 22 Aug 16 and RAMESH G. was there to save the day. He was able to verify that I had properly turned OFF both of my authorized copies and accompanied me through the process. Apparently, it was my mistake, but we got through it.
