Acrobat Pro of XI asking constantly license despite registration/activation

I bought a full software license version Acrobat Pro XI (not the subscription service) for Windows and gave my serial number.  I registered the product when I first installed Acrobat Pro XI.  However, now Acrobat displays a window showing always so often I am in trial mode.  Specfically he says "trial Acrobat XI.  Continue to use all the features of Acrobat XI by purchasing a full version today ".

I click on the button "license this software", connect to Adobe and then enter my serial number. I'm able to use Acrobat without problem, so he seems to have accepted my serial number.  However, I again ask to register the product.  The frequency of this prompt is about once or twice a day.

The drop-down list menu help Acrobat Version 11.0.06 poster.

If I click on 'Repair Acrobat Installation' I see the window "trial Acrobat XI" and it says "0 days left.

I am running WIndows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1 32-bit.

Thanks for posting on the forums, this problem can be solved by following the steps mentioned below th.

1) go to the Adobe PCD under C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD folder and provide administrative privilleges.

(2) do the same thing with SL Cache under C:\Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache

3) go to the Sl under C:\ProgramData\Adobe store and give administrative privilleges there too.

(4) view all the hidden files and folders.

(5) delete all files in the folders mentioned above

(6) start Acrobat again, then enter the serial number.

    You can't get a serial number of Mac for a version of Windows in Acrobat 8. Version 8 is way too old.

    You will need to join the Cloud and get Acrobat or buy it outright.

  • Acrobat Pro Trial wiped out my licensed version of Acrobat Standard

    Recently, I wanted to convert a PDF to Microsoft Word, because I couldn't find my original Word file. I thought that Acrobat Standard would, but apparently not. Search online told me I could download an Acrobat Pro Trial license, which can convert PDF files to Word. It worked great, but at the end of my trial license, I discovered that it's REALLY expensive to buy the Pro - same license to upgrade from Standard.

    NOW, I just want back to Acrobat Standard, but the trial Pro uninstalled my licensed version of the standard and go! My licensed version is preinstalled on my new Sony laptop like a beam of Adobe. I have no physical disks or my license number.

    What a mess! How can I go back to what I had before my trial?

    You will need to contact Sony, if they do not include drive and serial number with the computer, and if you keep a proper backup. What do you do if the disk hard failed and had to be replaced, for example expect Sony?

    For the Volume of software licenses, you can simply uninstall the software because it will not give you any problem activation when you try to install it back. However, we just need to make sure that the EULA is not violated during the installation of the software.

    For a perpetual license (Volume and retail) If you buy a single seat for any software Adobe, you can install it on both machines but cannot be used simultaneously on both machines but rather one at a time.

  • Reinstall of CS4 Master Collection, Acrobat Pro, update v9.0

    I have a license of CS4 master collection student and use Acrobat Pro daily all day in my search for the University, but I can't afford to buy a new license student right now.

    I installed the CS4 master collection again in the computer even after a clean installed (windows 7-32 bit - 4GB_RAM)

    The master collection works Ok in general, but Acrobat Pro v9.0 crashes constantly.

    I guess this could be resolved by updating to a newer version (v9.8?) but the Master collection does not allow me to make updates.

    I can do a single download of v9.8 (of http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-8-9-product-downloads.html) and use the serial number CS4?

    Furthermore, if there is no way to update v9.0, can I buy a license of Acrobat Pro XI student and install to work with CS4 (mainly Bridge, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) programs?

    Please, please help.
