  Thanks for posting on the forums, this problem can be solved by following the steps mentioned below th.

  1) go to the Adobe PCD under C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD folder and provide administrative privilleges.

  (2) do the same thing with SL Cache under C:\Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache

  3) go to the Sl under C:\ProgramData\Adobe store and give administrative privilleges there too.

  (5) delete all files in the folders mentioned above

  Acrobat DC is an upgrade and when you install it, it will overwrite an Acrobat installation on your computer. The interface is indeed different (but easy to navigate, I think!), but you will not lose the upgrade feature.
