  Use the simple way to do this:

  • A button that submits the page rather than perform a dynamic action
  • A process of PL/SQL after presented with the necessary success message page
  • A branch to the landing page with the option include the success process message verified

  General management and the process should be contingent on the button that is clicked.

  I create a script to automatically generate a catalogue of photos; the idea is to prepare a master document with a text block in the master full of self flowing, then insert images with their legend by the script, let the system automatically creates the following pages when necessary, by a single stream of text.

  My catalog is divided into sections, each represented by a different master spread; So I know what page I work when the script put there a picture just to link the current page in the master spread appropriate.

  The big problem is: when the first block of text is full and overflow is generated, a new page with a new block of text from the main text flow (as the master spread) is generated. but it seems my script requests the page number before the new page with the new text block is born and an error is given.

  It seems that the script goes too fast regarding the creation of the new page.

  If I remove the line thispage = story.insertionPoints [-1] .parentTextFrames [0].parentPage.documentOffset; everything is ok.

  I tried to introduce a delay up to 3 seconds with no effect.

  I tried also to view or zoom in the request of page number, thought new page to force the system to wait for the page is truly born, also without effect (by the way, I wasn't able to view the page in adding the script of the text!).

  Can someone help me?

  In the fla file, there must be sonething that is encoded in order to call this address.  You must go through the code in the file and find it.  If you used a FLVPlayer, check the \parameters put in place for this in the properties panel.

  This does not happen in Safari or Chrome. It seems to be a problem specific to FireFox.

  I forgot to mention that you can by default the http:// at the beginning of the URL. I did if for a long time, there it just happened for me.

  at least, you have two errors:

  1. you don't have to use an if-else and

  2. When you try to re - assign your boolean, you have tested.  That is to say, you used == when you use =.  Thus, your boolean is true.  Then when you run the 2nd time, you try and delete something that has already been removed.

  Ali,

  I suppose that according to your messages before using ADF Faces. In this case, the answer is 'yes '. You can set the attribute partialSubmit of your buttons to create / commit to 'true' and set the attribute partialTriggers by the components that you want to update to include the ID of the create buttons / commit.

  Good read on PPR (partial page refresh) in the guide to the developer for more information.

  I have a document with some groups on the master page. Each group has a box and a picture box.

  When I have the master group to display on the document page, then enter text so that it goes beyond area of replacement, a new page is added automatically.

  I have never seen this before, I always thought that InDesign shows just a badge of overflow [+] instead of automatically create pages.

  How can I stop adding pages and just leave the text in overflow?

  Check your text preferences smart reflow in the type pane. Turn the power off.

  I wrote a script of Action that retrieves certain pages of a document package, some of them emails, records some of them and destroy them before that parts of the package that need signed are printed

  The formula in question is generated from a browser application. All employees have the ability to go into tools - manage add-ons - and enable or disable Adobe Reader

  -so far all document javascripts I have written have worked anyway

  Action script though - I can't call when I go and activate Adobe Reader as the only elements that show to the staff's signature and comments form. The 'Tools' option is not there, and this is where my action script.

  I could force the staff to open in PDF format - but they won't be happy if I force this option

  is far from having the tools - and so my action script work if they open the PDF file in the browser?

  I guess I could try to do all the action script code in a JSButton if this is not possible, but action script allowed me to break the code into the section

  Acrobat/Reader install a limited Player plug-in and allows only some features that allow to interact with the file PDF is displayed in the browser for playback and recording. It does not features.

  If you need this plug-in, save the PDF file on the local system, and then open the saved PDF file.
