  For all versions of CS2 and earlier activation servers have been downgraded.  They will not return, ever.  Your CS is no longer useful.

  However, Adobe has provided the CS2 versions that you can download and do not require activation, just a generic special registration code you can use for the installation.

  NVIDIA GTX 7xx or 9xx series graphics cards will not work in your PC.  The BIOS in "chicago" mothererboard is not compatible with the video BIOS in the graphics card.  You will need to get an older card chart such as the one of the below listed OEM HP graphics cards.   As it is has no drivers 64 bit Windows 7 on Dell Web site, your best chance is to install the 64-bit versions of Vista (if they exist) in compatibility mode, viz:

  Right click on the Vista driver, then select Properties > Compatibility tab. Now choose to run the program in Vista compatibility mode and then apply > OK. Right click on the file and select run as administrator to install it.
