Why is it so difficult to activate Adobe products?
I have never (yet) had a problem of activation of Adobe products, but I do not understand that sometimes for others. You must contact Adobe Support by chat or phone when you have the serial number and activation problems.

I'm unable to install Adobe Creative Suite Design & Web Premium, even after entering the serial number under license. There is a message that says that the Adobe product much be not genuine. Creative cloud fight my Adobe Production Premium 6.0, help!
I bought Adobe Production Premium 6.0 November 30, 2012. I recently tried the C.C.for a year, and I decided that I couldn't afford it. A hard drive with my Adobe leases was virus-infested and destroyed before Adobe products could be uninstalled.

> Disable all Antivirus software like Norton, McAfee etc temporarily from the computer Mc.
Reboot and try to install in the new active Admin user account and check again.
If you have any earlier version of Creative Suite installed, then run the cleaner CS tool then remove all of the CS6 products and then try again.
