  Support you is just Smart buying option is available in Life Sciences Edition only. But you can check with Support to see if they can allow for your instance of OnDemand

  Once you get it activated, you can place the "Calls" applet under so-called 'account '. Go and create a call and after save in the call details page, you would get an option to save the call as a model for later use / faulty information
