Active window keeps off activation

The window, in that I work keeps "dropping out" while typing, so disabling is the right term. It is with all the programs, therefore, seems to be a Windows problem (I'm on Windows 7).

I use a laptop computer with keyboard and mouse remotely is not "brushing the touchpad. Sometimes, as an open window, so it's not "switching" between the windows.

Don't know if these are questions related or not, but I get also some windows (for example control panel MacAfee) to come in white and others have off very quickly as they are currently considered.
