I got a call (Friday, September 10, 2010) a business (have the name and number) informing that they received our Support for Internet Protocol details and virus/malicious Trojan horses have been making my computer that caused our Microsoft programs down and they would help solve the problem.  I refused the offer - took the name and number (has managed to find the name/site of the company on the Internet).  The Internet provides support and they would use other companies to communicate with customers to fix their computers.  Either way, we ran a scan on the computer ourselves and found no viruses etc.

  I work in the company of small-medium size in Korea. (Less than 50 employees)

  Since we are company manufacturing, we need to use Photoshop CC few times, I think it would be a little less than 6 hours per month.

  There will be two people who need to manipulate Photoshop CC in my company, so now I'll buy subscription package to Adobe.

  In the site of Adobe of Korea, it is classified as "individual, business, students and teachers, school and University.

  Among the individual category, I think about to buy the 'Plan of photography ".

  Is this OK to buy him even as I work to the corporation in Korea?

  Yes, it's absolutely perfect buy an individual membership if you belong to a company.

  Each person who needs to use Photoshop CC would need to register for subscription using one identifier unique to Adobe.

• C6380 wireless at home not seen when I connect to the VPN from the company

  I have a HP C6380 wireless printer which works fine when I'm not connected to the VPN to my company.  I have a WRT54GS of LYNKSYS router.

  When I activate my VPN connection via laptop computer Windows XP, the printer's connection is lost.

  How can I fix?

  You can not fix it.  It is the nature of the VPN to disconnect all devices like printer LAN (and file sharing with other computers besides).

  The only recourse is to use USB directly connected between the printer and the computer when VPN.  The good news is that the printer is OK with having wireless and live USB connections at the same time.

• A pdf file exported from InDesign, but displays various error messages when the same file is downloaded on the same laptop from the company's Web site

  I'm having a problem with a pdf file created for my business. It exports without problems and displays correctly on my computer, but once it is transferred to the Web site and you download from here, pages randomly displayed not correctly, images and pieces of text go missing and different "internal error" messages pop up, such as:
  

  "An internal error has occurred."

  "There is an error on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the pdf document to correct the problem.

  "Failed to retrieve the embedded police"LICYDR + GaramondMT". Some characters may not display or print correctly.
  "Insufficient for an image.

  And when I close the pdf file it asks if I want to save even if I did not bring any changes to the document. It seems that everyone has problems with pages and receive different error messages. It is exported using the smallest file size preset in InDesign. Any idea what could be the cause? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  One thing to check is if BINARY is used in the FTP client. If a client FTP ASCII is used, it may corrupt PDF files.

  Here's another thing to check yourself for you. Find the size in bytes of your original PDF. Now, look at the size of the uploaded file in bytes. Are they the same? If this is not the case, ask your colleague the size in bytes of the PDF file on the server. Is this the same as the original, or bad file?

• Loss of Adobe Enterprise CC license when the current CC user uses the login

  We have CC Adobe Enterprise at our University. Recently, we have been having problems with people getting the error 'you already 2 registered computers in this account'. It happens on Mac and Windows. It seems that sometimes, when an individual who already has a personal subscription Adobe CC connects to the Adobe Cloud application to manage their fonts/etc, it causes the computer to lose our license from the company. Once we re-run the script license its fine for a while.

  Anyone had this problem before?

  You can't delete or off licence an image under license from the Stock. Since we Stock for the first time and have done that accidentally, I added a free credit on your account.

  Make sure you please use it properly to proceed.

  As a society that we changed the license of the company and by chance, our division: 6 accounts are changed the standard of design (which we use years) video production plan. • Creative cloud / license number of the company

  This just happened to me this morning. I'm on a license of the company on several machines. I use a free account of Creative cloud just if I can synchronize my preferences and project files to the cloud. I did it for the last 3 years with no problems. Even though the creative Cloud Desktop application shows the installed applications are testing the license of the company that replaces the open apps and will work perfectly. Until this morning, for some reason, one of my habit of machines let me open the applications because the trial failed. I have not installed or changed anything in the month so not sure whats going on. Please advise!

  To use services such as CC libraries, you must be login with an Adobe ID (or the ID of the company/Federated) with "User name".

  These services cannot be used with a serialized installation.

  Unfortunately, the behavior you report is exactly what I expected to see. There is no way to easily switch between the two means of law.

  If you are concerned to ensure that students can not connect and then I'll make sure the CC Desktop App is removed or not included in the package when it is deployed.

  I bought a new macbook pro - I put in place with a restore of a backup Time Machine previously saved my old Macbook Pro - the backup (and former MB) contains 6.5 of Lightroom. When I open Lightroom on the new MB, it does not recognize the license and ask me to buy a license once more. I have the license on the old MB. Any ideas on how I can transfer the license from the old to new MB so LR acknowledges that I bought LR before?

  Uninstall anything that you have done with time machine and properly install lr by using the installation file.
