  Hello. Frustrated.

  Ive used Prime Minister 11 items for some time now. Maybe 6 months. Everything has been good.   Its a very good machine so that things were really shiny.

  until this morning. Dreaded runtime error. Seems only when I click on the link of effects at the bottom. Ive tried everything I can think of. Everything is updated. Graphics card. Flash. any other program that could have an entry.

  I went through a bunch of updates to toshiba.

  The wa program works very well on this pc for about 6 weeks. One thing I thought it might be is I just installed a wireless mouse, but even with it turned off, the problem persists. And the program has worked with this mouse in the past.

  Don't know where to look.

  I know the question is probably windows based, but hope that someone here might have a clue of what to try next.

  1. I tried to rename the preferences file, but and it's weird, I couldn't find a folder named "application data". Search my PC, a few times. Not really sure what it is, but it was a dead end, however.

  Other people on the forum using firefox without problems and I did in the past. I'm moving to Chrome, but it is a huge block for me. I checked the updates and erased the history and cache as suggested in the FAQ. Any advice?

  This looks like an error in Microsoft Internet Explorer.

  I am running Windows 7 64 bit.  All operating system updates are installed.

  I need to update the software to interface with my printer HP Photosmart Premium C309-m.  The current software is out of date.  I can't start the scan from the printer, and only my account on the computer recognizes that I have a printer.  Several analysis diagnosis on the State of HP Scan Doctor tool that some software components seem to be missing.  The printer itself seems to work very well.

  When I try to update the software C309-m via HP Print/Scan doctor, software downloads, extracted, then runs and crashes with a runtime error.  The error box comes from the Microsoft Visual C++ run-time library and the crash of Setup runs is the appdata/local/temp/7zS3DA1 directory that I seem to have several similar directories that were not cleaned from previous installation attempts.

  Any suggestions on how to get a successful installation of the C309-m software would be appreciated.
