Add default photos in the folder of my screen saver

I created and associated with a folder with various .jpgs to serve as office and the photos screen saver. I would like to include a few of Apple's default screen saver photos (Yosemite, Earth, etc.). I can't find them on my hard drive, so can not find a way to include them in my folder.

Old messages suggest to go to the office/Library of pictures, but this folder does not exist in my library. Someone suggested / Library/Application support/address book/images; I have opened a few of them, but they (predictable) images that are associated with some address book entries.

Ideas or workaround solutions much appreciated

I use OS Yosemite 10.10.5.

Thank you very much.

I wonder if not looking in the wrong place. You want/MacHD/Library/Desktop pictures /. It is present in all versions of Mac OS X, including Yosemite. "MacHD" refers only on behalf of bureau of your boot volume. Usually, it is "Macintosh HD".

Is it possible to add a photo from the album a song at the computer so when it's a game on a phone (a Nokia C3-00), the image will be visible next to the title?

  • When you import photos into LR4, import feature does not all photos in the folder

I have a catalog with all the imported pictures from a trip I just got back from.  But when I compare the catalog for real photos in the folder, there are 104 missing photos from the catalogue.  If I try to sync the catalog, it says 104 photos must be imported, but the import process said that there are no new photos.

I created a new catalog and tried to import the file again, but its lack still the same images of 104.

I don't know what to do here.  Help, please.

There are only three reasons that I see which files are not imported:

    1. the issue of Raw + Jpeg, you already have reduced.

2 not supported file types. So is there anything on these 104 images that are unusual in a perspective of file type? What kind of file, what device, what version of LR4 (4.0 or 4.1).

    3. already imported file. Seems more likely that you said that you "they remind of where everything what he. Have you tried to identify one of the 104 files and then find in Lightroom (use the text search option in the library filter bar).

  • Default printer in the folder images in Vista Ultimate

I tried to understand why the PICTURES folder using my FAX printer by default when I always set my default system for the normal printer printer.  How can I see what the printer PHOTOS folders options are to choose a default printer?

    Hi daveshrader,

Thank you for using answers Forum.

If I read your post correctly, your printer is the default device and working properly.
You just want to know why Fax is listed first when printing?

Do you have a fax device connected to the computer?
Do you use it with a fax? Do you use efax?
If your printer is set as default, it should appear in the selection box.

I suggest to perform a clean boot to see if some startup programs may conflict with the printer.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts. This article describes how to solve problems in Windows Vista by performing a clean boot. This article also describes how to start the Windows Installer service and how to reset the computer so that it starts as usual.

Note When you perform a clean boot, you may temporarily lose some functionality. When you start the computer as usual, the function returns. However, you may receive the error message, or you can experience the original behavior.

If the computer is connected to a network, network policy settings may prevent you from following these steps. We recommend strongly that you do not use System Configuration utility to change startup options on the computer, unless a support engineer Microsoft directs you to do so. This can make the computer unusable.

    a. log in the computer using an account with administrator rights.

    b. click Start collapse this image enlarge this image, type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box and press ENTER to start the System Configuration utility.

The collapse of this image to this image if you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click continue .

    c. under the general tab, click Selective startup , and then clear the Load Startup items check box. (The box use the Boot file is not available.)

    d. on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft services check box and then click on disable all .

Note Following this step lets services Microsoft continue to run. These services include networking, Plug-and-Play, record of events, error reporting, and other services. If you disable these services, you can permanently delete all restore points. Do not do this if you want to use to restore the system with the existing restore points.

    e. click OK , and then click restart .

Step 2: Enable half the services

    a. follow steps 1a and 1B to start the System Configuration utility.

    b. click on the Services tab and then click to select the hide all Microsoft services check box.

    c. Click to select half of the check boxes in the Service list.

    d. click OK and then click restart .

Step 3: Determine whether the problem returns

If the problem persists, repeat steps 1 and 2. In step 2, click to clear half of the check boxes that you have initially enabled in the Service list.

If the problem does not occur, repeat steps 1 and 2. In step 2, select only half of the remaining check boxes that are cleared in the Service list. Repeat these steps until you have selected all the check boxes.

If only one service is selected in the list of services , and you the problem persists, the service selected the cause of the problem. Go to step 6. If no service is causing this problem, go to step 4.

Step 4: Enable half of the startup items

    a. perform a clean boot by repeating step 1.

    b. click on the Startup tab and then click to select half of the check boxes in the startup item list.

    c. click OK , and then click restart .

Step 5: Determine whether the problem returns

If the problem persists, repeat steps 1 and 4. In step 4, click to clear half of the check boxes that you have originally selected in the startup item list.

If the problem does not occur, repeat steps 1 and 4. In step 4, select only half of the remaining check boxes that are cleared in the startup item list. Repeat these steps until you have selected all the check boxes.

If only one startup item is selected in the startup item list, and you still experience the problem, start selected in the list element is the service that is causing the problem. Go to step 6.

If no startup item causes this problem, a Microsoft service most likely the cause of the problem. To determine which Microsoft service may be causing the problem, repeat step 1 and step 2 without selecting the hide all Microsoft services check box in each step.

    Step 6: Resolve the problem

After you determine the startup item or the service that is causing the problem, contact the manufacturer of the program to determine if the problem can be solved. Or, run the System Configuration utility, and then click to clear the check box of the element of the problem.

Step 7: Reset the computer to start as usual

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

Click on start to reduce this image enlarge this image, type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box and press ENTER.

The collapse of this image to this image if you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click continue .

On the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK .

When you are prompted to restart the computer, click restart .

  • Cannot add/import photos to a folder

I found the folder I have to store my images in a 3000 images, but my Lightroom library only has 2400. I tried to import this file again, but it is said that there are no new images. I tried to sync with this record, but he said the same thing again. I can't understand why I can't some of the pictures in this folder in my lightroom library. I have file manipulation on 'Add', and I'm on a mac.

Any reason that Lightroom is thinking it has imported all the pictures, even if I can't find some and the County does not?

    Hi florinl,

Images in a folder, they are all Jpeg & Raw or just a format, if they are both, then follow the steps so that Lightroom can see jpeg as a separate below image.

Open Lightroom > click the top bar on Lightroom Menu > preferences > general tab

Under the Options of Import, please check the option "processing JPEG files files next to raw as separate Photos"

Restart Lightroom and try to synchronize with the same file

Let us know if that helps.

  • To access the photos in the folder date

After I imported and exported, photos date format, and then move to another date folder, no access to photos of a previous date file.

Do I need to close the currently open date file before accessing an older date file?  The photos in the previous file are low and cannot be re-imported.

When you say "date folder ' is sounds like you mean"record date. "

When you perform an import, image files are placed in a folder called usually for the date. They are also referenced in the system collection named "Previous import" at the top of the navigation pane. Whenever you perform an import again, the content of the "previous import" is updated with the new import, as its name suggests.

More low in the left navigation pane is the Panel of the files where you will find all of the dated folders. If this folder tree does not resemble the tree Finder or Explorer shows you, right-click on one of the folders and select "Show the parent". (Repeat if necessary).

  • Catalog shows no photos in the folder of the files containing the

I have a folder called "Photos" and several files or images that it contained.   Each of the shows the correct number of pictures in subfolders (which is correct because these are on the disk, as shown in the Explorer window).  BUT the 'Pictures' folder displays only 50 or so thousands that it should show.   This means that you do not select 'Photos' in the library and search for a keyword.   I am * totally * stumped.

Windows 7 and Lightroom 5.7.    (Incidentally I have a subscription of CC, but said that if at some point, I stop my subscription, the new catalog cannot be read by an older version of LR.)   So all my rankings and changes using Lightroom CC would be lost.)

Click the Plus sign next to folders and choose Show pictures in subfolders.

  • Shoot photos of the folder to automatically display on the web site.

How do I configure DreamWeaver to shoot photos in a folder and spread them out on a rotating basis on my site?

For example, this PHP script turns randomly through 4 different cursors of carousel every time that the page is reloaded.  Each carousel file contains 6 images.

    <>

    $includes = array)

    "folder/carousel - 1.html ',"

    "folder/carousel - 2.html ',"

    "folder/Carousel - 3.html',"

    "(dossier/carrousel-4.html ');"

    include $includes [rand (0, count ($includes)-1)];

    ?>

Your parent page must be saved with the .php extension to analyze PHP scripts on the server.

  • What is the average of default setting in the subject area Permission screen in SPR

    Hello gurus,

We use OBIEE 11.1.1.7.150120. Trying to figure out how to play the permissions on the domain object.

What is the average of the 'default' setting?  It translates to 'Read-write' or 'Read' or 'access forbidden '?  or business being a top-level object, the parameter 'Default' basically inherits the permission set for the application role "AuthenticatedUser"?

    Thank you

    Rakesh

    Hello

Here is a copy/paste of the 'help' in the administration tool:

By default. The permission is inherited from the parent object. Areas, because they are a higher level object, default value is equivalent to the permission granted to the application role AuthenticatedUser.

If you ask for materials, 'default' in this case means same permission as an authenticated user.

  • Adjustment of the waiting does not screen saver?

    Hello
I just bought a new PC with Vista 64. When I view the screen saver settings window and wait x minutes time. I can apply the new waiting period, disconnect you, re-login and waiting time will be set to 1 minute. I did several times change the waiting time at different amounts of time. But when I connect and back in again, waiting always goes back to 1 minute?
    Kind regards
    Darrell Neumiller

Darrell, if you perform a reinstall and this condition occurs, then the only possible cause for this is the software or drivers that are preinstalled on your computer, this software will automatically reinstall itself whenever you use the factory restore process included with your computer. The only thing I can recommend here is to contact Acer to see what they have to say about this: Acer Service & Support.

  • I just downloaded lightroom cc and I think I'm syncing all my photos in the folder by default, how can I start?

Hi, when I logged in lightroom, he asked if I wanted to update my current catalog of the items in photoshop or to start a new and I chose to start again. The video I just watched that looks like it was a crazy start way because now my photos will be totally disorganized and all in the same default random file (I have about 60 000 photos on my computer) how to make a restart?

Launch of Lightroom and go to:

File > upgrade Photoshop elements catalog

  • How can I change the default action of the folder Explorer 'explorer' when a cd/dvd drive is selected.

For some reason, the default value is "install or run. I found this in the registry, but can't make any sense of the entries accompanying.

Now, I understand what you want to do and I think also it can be done with changes to the registry, but I have no idea of what they are (and can find no references or articles about it).

One thing you could do would be to go to start / Control Panel / Default programs / change AutoPlay settings / set autoplay on (yes I know you turned it off) and change ALL the options to "open folder to view files using Windows Explorer".  While happen automatically every time that you have inserted a CD - making it an automatic default (instead of a manual using the context menu).  I don't think that would change the option in the context menu by default or the default when action a double-click on the CD in Windows Explorer, but it can get you closer to what you want to be the case.

I would suggest repost you your request in the Technet Forums: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/itprovistasetup/threads where they are a little more technical nature that we are here and that you know the registry tweak to achieve your goals.

    I hope this helps.

  • I can't see all of the photos in the folder DCIM on my iphone 4 when it is connected to my PC.

When I plug my iphone 4 on my PC, I get the AutoPlay box appear and I can get into the phone like camera, but when I try and open the DCIM folder is empty (there are something like 600 pictures on my phone). I downloaded and iexplorer program of a party that I used it, but it does not list the files by name and can not display a preview or the 3rd nail images which is annoying when you want only a couple of specific images. I plugged my friends iphone in my PC and there are pictures in the DCIM folder. I have configured my iphone properly

    Here's what worked for me:

If your screen is locked on the iPhone/iPad, and it has been locked so that you plugged into your computer, then the DCIM folder which usually contains all the pictures on your camera will be empty (security). Unlock and plug it back to USB.
    Procedure detailed here:
