The young person must be able to install and uninstall programs as an administrator. I tried setting up a standard account, but the first thing he did was to try to remove the Windows Live folder. He also tried to hack the system to remove the program. The teenager still fills the hard disk at maximum capacity, which is about 230 GB and he wants to be able to uninstall or remove programs regularly. I would like to set up his account to be able to do, but it prevents playing with security for the family. The reason for the installation of the family safety program is to monitor its activities. If he knows he's being watched it will be twice before doing things he's not supposed to do. The program works very well for young children, but adolescents are more difficult to treat. There must be a way to monitor its activities without her havoc on the operating system. Microsoft has done a great job with this program regarding now the difficulties children but this all older children who need a little more freedom. Can someone help?
The first thing I would do is to create the admin password recovery media, then create another admin account.
If the teenager needs admin privileges you are wide open, so I hope that you have all your recovery disks and backup data.

I have some stuff on my pc that I can't remove. It is not in my "Add or remove a program. How I can remove them.
If it is a virus/spyware/adware, download Malwarebytes:
http://download.CNET.com/Malwarebytes-anti-malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html
If this isn't the case, run msconfig and look in the Startup tab and see if you can find your program. It should give you a path where it is on your hard drive. If it is a legitimate program, it must be this uninstall. If this isn't the case, you need to go to regedit under the run key, and you can remove the key. If you are not familiar with the registry, I would have someone for you. You can make a backup of the registry before you make changes where you're wrong. If you mess up, sometimes the machine is unusable until someone who knows what to do can put your registry database to normal for you.

Add or remove destinations in the send to box after right-clicking on the programs.
is it possible to add or remove destinations in the send to box? I have a program called it Konvert which I deleted via my progs add/remove from the past few months and I would like to add a wave converter program called Switch order to convert MP3 to Wav. I could then send the direct file.
I don't know that you can do.
With regard to your audio converter...
I also Switch. As you already noticed, convert to Wav format is going to explode the size of the file. I say good shot upward. Here's a program a lot better a lot, a lot, for audio conversion. 'S called it CDex.
He keeps the SAME size of file in WAV format mp3 *.
It is extremely useful to electronic music or email delivery of PowerPoint presentations with music files integrated. Here is the link: http://cdexos.sourceforge.net/?q=download
