Hi I would appreciate help! My Xperia Z2 aged for 4 months worked fine until today. It was connected to my Mac, and I was asked to update the bridge of Sony for Mac.. After about 10 minutes he said failed update on the computer. I unplugged the phone, but now the phone turns - all I get is an error message indicating "echec failed software update, make sure that your phone is connected to the computer and try again."

However, when I connect it, the device is not recognized.

I can not turn off the phone or, all that happens is a continuous loop of red light, then the error message (it is supported at the moment)

    Can anyone help?

  • NTVDM. EXE error because Windows Update yesterday

Since the last version of Windows XP update yesterday, two of my eight computers will not open my program back. I get a message: NTVDM. EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close. AppName ntvdm.exe. AppVer 5.1.2600.5512. ModName kernel32.dll. 5.1.2600.5781 ModVer; Offset 00012afb. This problem is not consistent on all my computers, but is still a big problem for me. Love some tips.

I want to thank all of you for your time and your thoughts. This is what took place:

    (1) before I dive deeply on the question, I did an image of the hard drive in question. I took the original disc, step by step repair of Windows, and on the last restart, the system could not load anything on the desktop, or pull up the Windows Activation Wizard. I then proceeded in the service of Microsoft's response and intensified in grade over several sessions and many hours. This path has never produced fruit.

    (2) I took the other disk "image" and had two technicians to address them without success. I also did all of your suggestions.

    (3) Finally, I made a new image a month ago since my last Backup Exec from Symantec. I did a scan of the CFS and installed 17 updates one at a time. The KB2707511 was again the culprit, and it is removed and hidden. I found it interesting that KB2707511 was not part of my series of update of original disc, but it appeared on this reconstruction of the hard drive.

    Lessons learned:
    (1) never delete restore points.
    (2) not to do a Windows repair without corresponding to the level of the disc at the level of the windows installed - ala remove Service Pack 3
    (3) Although the software is a pain, stand the Symantec Backup Exec.
    (4) you tech guys are very generous and a great help.

    Thanks again,

Hi, we are security monitor and evaluate/test VMS IDS MC.

We have encountered a problem when you try to update the software of the sensor.

The Admin of the IDs MC > System Configuration > updated IDS Signatures network:

After choosing to apply one of the following updated files (I tried everything)

    IDSSk9-sp - 3.0 - 5 - S17.bin

    IDSSk9-sp - 3.1 - 3 - S31.bin

I got the following error message (before I have a chance to choose the sensor):

"Failed to update the object. An unexpected exception occurred during validation of the

content of the signature update package. Detail = error opening the zip file.

Same message in the report of the subsystem for the Java System Services.

Our version of the software is:

    JRE 1.2.2 (V2.1)

Any idea or suggestion how to solve this problem. Thank you.

    Hi TSUI

You must have the .zip files the * / updates of the directory of the IDS MC/s lun. But you copied files *.bin which is not supported with IDS MC/s lun. *.Bin files are for the Director of Unix.

You can get the files generated from the following location

    Hello

MsiExec.exe is the Windows Installer, but it could have been infected by malicious software.

  • Uninstall software update Apple says error in seller contact package package unstaller

Try to get itunes working to make a backup of my faulty iphone before repair.

First-itunes does not start says error. I'm trying to fix it, who said success but same error when you try to start it.

Then uninstall completely worked. Then reinstall that seemed to be over except for a message "an older version of Apple software update already exists" then he went down and install itunes apparently had not been completed.

Then I try to remove the update from the apple software and executed by an error in the installation program - it says there is an error in the installation and contact the supplier of the installation package. Same error if I run the uninstall command line program.

Try to repair the Apple Software Update of programs & features Control Panel and then try to update iTunes again.

For general advice, see troubleshooting problems with iTunes for Windows updates.

The steps described in the second case are a guide to remove everything related to iTunes and then rebuild what is often a good starting point, unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.

Review the other boxes and other support documents list to the bottom of the page, in case one of them applies.

The more information box has direct links with the current and recent if you have problems to download, must revert to an older version or want to try the version of iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) as a workaround for problems with installation or operation, or compatibility with third-party software.

Backups of your library and device should be affected by these measures but there are links to backup and recovery advice there.
