  I have laptop Dell Inspiron N411Z. Dell did not provide users with any webcam device drivers and windows update does not install the drivers by itself. In addition, it happened that windows update installed the driver webcam last time and webcam works for two days after that I don't know how but the driver has been removed, or I don't know exactly what happened.

  If call us Dell they ask us to install Dell central webcam which has nothing to do with driver (I don't know what kind of support they have).  If there is no driver Dell webcam central does nothing.

  This problem is usually caused due to hardware or driver related issues. As you mentioned, I was not able to find all the drivers for the webcam. But I've seen threads in which he asks customers to install the Webcam Central software. I suggest the following methods and check if it works for you.

  The Architecture of links has been redesigned for CS4 and most of the old interfaces as IDataLink has been deprecated. Some of the interfaces and methods are still CS4 and CS5, but they should not be used and often not working properly.
