Trash has been removed from the office & now Windows Vista recovery is happening, but it asks for administrator password, I can't remember it? Help, please

"Organize bookmarks" was changed to "Show all bookmarks" there are several versions. "Show all bookmarks" to open the "Library" window just as 'Organize bookmarks' in the past.

2. click on Start menu tab
3. click on next to the start menu properties
4. click on advanced
5. scroll down until you find 'research' (down)

We are a school in Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) with Rosetta to Photoshop CS.
We would like to upgrade the operating system to a newer version, but we are unsure of our status as a license to this product.
The person who held the access on behalf of Adobe has retired and their email address has been removed. We don't have access to this email account.
How can we assign a new Member of staff on our behalf in order to determine what licenses we have and how we can buy new licenses for all additional Apple computers to add to the network.
I tried to navigate the support area, but I found I was going in circles and the titles and descriptions listed did not address our problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
