  If you try to delete an ACCOUNT I'm not sure what you do with managing identities.

  Go to tools-account settings
  Select the account
  Then stocks / delete account

  If there is no message for this account that you want to keep, move them to a folder under local folders before you delete the account. Any message associated with a deleted account will disappear with the account unless that settled first in local folders.

  Were they stored in my documents folder in the profiles earlier if yes, use admin previlages on an account, you will be able to access documents stored in profiles more early. You will need to navigate to c:\Documents and Settings, you will find all the profile names. Navigate to the required profile and check in my documents.

  A few possible variables...

  (1) what have you set to "use push if available.

  (2) how exactly the GMail is integrated? EAS? IMAP? POP?

  If the answer to article 1 is Yes, AND you have integrated such as IMAP of GMail, the time interval setting is ignored. If integrated as EAS, it can also be ignored as well as the "use push...." "setting can also be ignored. If integrated as POP, then there is no Push, so your time interval settings would be used.

  Thus, depending on the combination of factors, it may or may not be doing exactly now what it should be.

  I have two e-mail accounts that use the same user name. When I tried to add two e-mail accounts to messaging app, the other could not be added. It prompted "You have already added this account." But using MS Outlook, there is no question too. Can anyone help?

  The two e-mail accounts use different domains. They use the same user name of Jack.

  Such as: EditbyForumModerator@*.com and EditbyForumModerator@* *.com

  I fixed it by opening the mail-> Win C - select accounts in the bar of charms and then enable synchronization of mail for the account.

  I seems that disabling mail sync (not sure when) makes this account hidden but always present.

  I had the same problem, and I just got mine today.  Have you tried updating your applications?  I was getting the message, which could not install google up to, I've updated my applications... specifically, the mail application.  Hope this helps

  When you compose a message your cursor above hover from: field in the header of the e-mail message and see what mailbox that you use to send the message. If it's the only change then G-mail that you want by selecting it from the drop down Selection menu.
