BlackBerry Q10 controls how many times my Q10 synchronizes with my account Gmail

I can't control how many times my Q10 synchronizes with my account Gmail. I have adjusted the settings of Gmail, calendar, and Contacts on several occasions, but it seems to pull emails frequently (less than an hour) regardless of the setting. I want to control the synchronization manually. What Miss me? The phone is brand new and unlocked, running on AT & T, and this happens regardless of whether I use WiFi or not.

Thank you!

Hello and welcome to the community!

A few possible variables...

(1) what have you set to "use push if available.

(2) how exactly the GMail is integrated? EAS? IMAP? POP?

If the answer to article 1 is Yes, AND you have integrated such as IMAP of GMail, the time interval setting is ignored. If integrated as EAS, it can also be ignored as well as the "use push...." "setting can also be ignored. If integrated as POP, then there is no Push, so your time interval settings would be used.

Thus, depending on the combination of factors, it may or may not be doing exactly now what it should be.

Good luck and let us know!

  • Windows 7: try to copy a user profile. The 'Copy To' button is always grayed out and the user folder still shows a padlock, regardless of how many times I restart under a different account.

No matter how many user accounts, I create when I connect to one other user (c:\users\xxxxx) records still show a padlock. My computer was preinstalled and I want to copy the original profile to a new profile of the user.

Here is a small utility that works perfectly on Windows 7.   The article and the forum have answers for the GRAY "Copy To" button to copy profile.

I bought an App. How many times can I install this application on different devices (MacBook, iMac,...)?

You can install the application on the Mac as much that you own or have in your control (such as a Mac assigned at your disposal by the employer or in a school setting).

I am new to windows Vista and I was wondering when I'm going to add or uninstall programs, how do I know how many times a program is used? It lets me know when it has been installed etc. but not how often. Thanks for your help!

    Hello

You really can't exactly. Control Panel - programs and features - right click on the empty box next to name and
Click on OTHERS - then check the box next to the OPPORTUNITY and you will see frequently or rarely. There are other check boxes
that could help as installed on and the last used on.

    I hope this helps.

  • How many times the files are saved automatically and how to clear the backup?

The properties of a folder in the Windows 7 system, you can retrieve files stored once even if they have been removed.

How many times are the files saved in this way automatically?
Files including files get saved in this way?
How long they stay in the system?
How can we make them disappear in order to reclaim space?

Because I am doing a complete disk image automated nightly, I did not invoke the 'previous version' feature of Windows 7 and therefore do not know many details about it.

These web pages are substantially the same as the help files for support &, but maybe add a little:
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/previous-versions-of-files-frequently-asked-questions
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/recover-lost-or-deleted-files

'Previous versions' applies to both files and folders.  I haven't experienced it, but likely restore a previous version of a file would restore files that have been deleted from this folder since the creation of the earlier version.

Under Windows 7, restore points are created automatically each week (on XP, it was once / day) and just before significant system events, such as the installation of a program or device driver. You can also create a manually restore point.  In practice, you will find a lot more than one restore points / week.  For example, my Win 7 Pro box displays the restore points following last week:
    Automatic restore point 3/17
    Update of windows of 3/16
    Update of windows of 3/16
    Windows 3/12 update
    Installed software 3/11
    USB device driver installed 3/11
    Automatic restore point 3/10

It is not clear to me how to change the frequency of the automatic system restore points in Windows 7. If seen sites which proposes to change the frequency of a scheduled task in the Task Scheduler - but the settings in my task scheduler to launch SR once / day and as seen above, which does NOT result in a daily automatic Restore Point. I saw references to editing a registry value, but it was not definite either.

    To remove "Previous Versions"-

    • Click on the start Orb, then right click on "Computer", then select Properties (Alternatively, control panel > system)
    • Click on the "System Protection" link in the left pane
    • Click on the tab 'System Protection '.
    • Click on the button "configure."
    • Select the option "Turn off system protection" or click on the button 'delete '.
    • OK your way out

If I have not addressed your questions, it is because I do not know the answers.

  • I used 'Customize Firefox' to change toolbars show, and now the Firefox Customize, tab keeps appearing no matter how many times I close.

The window customize Firefox and tab guard popping open at seemingly random times. This continues to be no matter how many times I close.

One possible reason is that if it was added as a second 'Home tab' in which case it will be displayed in each new window (Ctrl + n) and every time that you click the Home button.

To verify that you can use the page Options, as described in this article: start-up, homepage, tabs and download settings.

Look for a vertical bar character at the heart of the area that separates the two addresses. A simple example with short URLS:

    https://www.mozilla.org/|about:customizing

The bar certainly can be hard to spot with long URLs, but when you find it, delete everything to the right of the bar, then the bar itself (I suggest to remove the last bar so things don't accidentally get it together).

  • How to find how many times, how many numbers in a range of numbers (number of lines and columns) has been repeated (numbers 3.6.2)

    Hello

    I have a range of numbers from B2 - B11 until the G2 - G11. For example:

I would like to know who among these numbers have occurred and how many times. For example (just to have as an example): number 10 repetitions 5 times, number 13 repeated 3 times, 24 repetitions 9 times.

    Repeats = duplicates.

I want to know all the repetitive number and how many times they repeat.

Is there some kind of formula I can use to get there. It would be good to have the sorted result. For example:

    32 repeats 10 times

    24 repeat 9 times

    6 reps 8 times

    5 repeat 7 times

    22. repeat 6 times

10 repeats 5 times and so on.

    Hello

    Problem of three steps:

    1. Determine the distinct values
    2. Count the number of times each appears in the table
    3. Sort by value or frequency (or both).

The first step is easily handled by copy separate Automator Service, a Service of Automator, written by SGIII. A link to the file in post June 21 of the SG in this thread: Re: Analyzing column (maybe not the correct wording)

After downloading and installing the service, select the cells containing the numbers, call the service, and then select the first regular (ie. non-header) cell to a new table and the dough.

(The following assumes the new table has a header row, no column header, and you have selected - click - cell A2 before pasting.)

You will get a list of distinct numbers in a single column (A2 - A34, of your sample and support of note).

    To count the numbers:

In this example, the existing table is named 'Table 1'

Enter the following formula in B2 the new table, and then fill up to the last line of the column B:

    = COUNTIF (Table 1::B:G, A)

    Results should be as shown:

Sort the results on column (value) or B (frequency)

Two types (A, then B) will be put in order of frequency, with values appear the same number of times sorted by value within this group.

    Kind regards

    Barry

  • How many times should I stop my MacBook Air

I have a MacBook Air (early 2014), with a processor i5 and 4 GB of RAM. It will be 2 years from November 2016. Summer's going hard for me for a while now and works very well without any problems. I use applications like Final Cut, Motion 5 and Xcode and I am satisfied with the performance of such a light machine.

Apart from the information on my Mac, I have a question about proper use to optimize the performance and life of it. How many times have I stopped him? I use my Mac a day should I allow to sleep when I do not use as it has little effect on the battery and allows me to pick up where I left off. Should I only stopped when loading or is it okay to sleep by loading too? Should I stopped him every month or so or just during the software updates as I prefer to leave is majority of sleep of the time it won't have a long amount of time without me using it.

    Thank you.

If you do not meet the pigs of RAM, there is really no reason to close it. If you don't see the warnings of memory, a simple reboot menu Apple fade issue.

  • How will I know how many times I visited a specific Web site?

I need to know how many times I visited a specific Web site. How can I do in Safari? Thanks much for any help.

You could try your history unless you delete history after each session.

Command + Y should open Safari history or in the Safari menu bar, click on: history > view history

Otherwise, find how many times you have visited a site specific Web is impossible.

  • How many times firefox automatically save the Favorites of the user?

In the example given in the tutorial of Firefox, it would seem that Firefox performs an automatic backup of the Favorites of the user in a random manner, that is, sometimes daily and sometimes several days (weeks) pass without backup automatically bookmarks in Firefox. No one knows how many times we rely on Firefox by performing an automatic backup of bookmarks? I'm new to Firefox and want to know if I need to perform manual backups regular bookmarks for more safety in case of crash. Thank you!

Firefox will create JSON backup each day you launch Firefox. If you keep your computer and do not close Firefox then it may not be a JSON backup created.

If you close Firefox and no backup is created on the next start, then you can have an extension interference or other problems with your software folder or cleaning of profile (e.g. CCleaner) which removes backups.
