"Adding to playlist itunes purchase will download a copy on your computer.

What it means?  (Long story) I've recently updated to El Capitan 10.11.3 and also iTunes 12.3.2.35.  I have no game because it caused many problems for me.  I was happy to see 'Music' as a playlist that shows everything in iTunes is in this version.  The previous version I was using on OS 10.6.8 had that.

Looking at the list of reading music I noticed that I had a duplicate song.  We were already in one of my playlists where it belongs, and I could click "Show in Finder."  The other version was not in a playlist and I can't "show in Finder".  The quality of this version is better that the copy that I have on my computer so I decided to put the other in the trash and move the best copy in the playlist where the other was.  But when I tried I get this.

"Adding to playlist itunes purchase will download a copy on your computer.

I guess it is a purchased version, cloud or something and isn't really on my computer, Yes?  As far as I know, I don't have Apple cloud past.  I love my music real files on my computer and to be able to move them and organize them however and when I want to.  I don't want some music files mysterious that I may, or may not be able to listen to a certain point depending on what service I use, or a file that I need to download a copy whenever I want to put it in a playlist.  In addition, I don't want or need two copies of any song even if it's one I want, especially if I can't remove it if I want.

What happens here?  I've stuck with iTunes all these years, but it seems that whenever I update something is even worse... or am I just stupid for not getting it?

Okay what is happening with iTunes?  All my old playlists are gone and then this message "Add to itunes playlist purchase will download a copy on your computer" I just want to have playlists for my different moods, activities, etc..

I burned a CD of music seems to have disappeared.

The difficulty of this shit!

Generally, no.  The license is intended for use by a single individual.  I'm not sure of avant-nuage licenses - you might look for yourself to see, but for a cloud subscription that is not defined in this way in the agreement... no sharing a single user subscription.

Your license allows installation enabled on both machines.  So, if you want to install on the machine of your husband as a backup that is your right.

  • Make sure that iTunes purchased files play perfectly

First of all, I apologize for the potentially embarrassing question / title. I wasn't sure how this word, but if all goes well read what I have to say is going to explain my concern. in any case...

For a long time, I bought music via CD, using only the songs/digital downloads, iTunes rarely. Now, however, I made the switch to all-digital. Most of the time it has made things much easier and hassle, but I find myself with one or two questions and concerns. While almost all the songs I buy download fine, that there was a couple that iTunes says that it had problems with. I went to download, tried again and managed to get the song downloaded/installed in my library. However, I can be very anxious/nervous about the quality of my music, which is what brings me to my key issues - also for a long time the song ends the download process, this does not guarantee that it should play perfectly well? Similarly, if a song or a file takes perhaps more slowly than usual to download in my library, is he still guaranteed to play perfectly fine, once it finishes? And finally, if I made no changes to the title of the song in iTunes, I like to go and re-name/change the title of the song the file itself, based on what I have in iTunes. Then I have to re - locate the file if I want to play in iTunes, which I did many times, but I would like once more to know if the song is guaranteed to play very well, until I move the correct file?

Tips more iTunes 'veteran' shoppers on these concerns would be appreciated, to avoid other concerns. Also, I listened to, I think that most of the songs that gave me these concerns and did not notice problems, but with SO many songs, I intend to purchase in time, it would be nice to have more general knowledge about it, so I have no need to worry every time one of these questions came.

    Thank you very much

    -Drew

As long as the song ends the download process, it ensures should it play perfectly well?

-No. A file can get corrupted during download, or while on your computer. Not much. This delegate, then re - download free girl.

Similarly, if a song or a file takes perhaps more slowly than usual to download in my library, is he still guaranteed to play perfectly fine, once it finishes?

-Download speed has no relationship to what is being downloaded.

-C' is a terrible practice. iTunes is essentially a database which keeps the files by itself. Do this manually, this is just a complete waste of time a user and sooner or later will corrupt the database, leading to problems of size.

  • iTunes purchases download twice

Whenever I have buy an album on iTunes the album downloads normally on my MacBook. So the next time that iTunes checks for available downloads, download it again with this purchase and I have to delete the duplicates. Also when I pre-order an album and download the first singles from some pre-release, duplicates of these singles are downloaded at the spearhead of the full album.

Why iTunes which can not recognize the titles of a purchase have already been downloaded?

iTunes 12.3.2.35 with Apple's music subscription.

"Automatic download" setting applies only to purchases made after the setting has been set on "on" for example if you have this setting 'works' for the music on iTunes on your computer and you buy an album on another computer or on an iOS device, then download also on this computer. If the parameter was already "on" then try the store > check for available in the menu downloads.

Or on the "not in my library" screen the album should have a cloud on its upper right corner icon (or if look a songs there should be an icon of cloud for each track on the right)-click on that icon cloud it download my music from your library in the section and should disappear from 'not in my library.

I just purchased photos to shutterstock and they said, it will download a .eps file. They said that I need vector editor like adobe illustrator to convert the image to the jpeg format. Could someone advise me on how to do this? This is all very alien to me.

    The chic Lady

File > open to open your eps file

File > export to export your image as a jpg.

In the export dialog just below where you type the name of the file is a type of file, which is where you choose jpg.

Whatever you do, do not delete the eps file. If you need to access the original you have.

I recommend instead of jpg you choose psd, tiff, or png and jpg don't use that to share. Jpg is a lossy format, which means that whenever you modify the file and save it, degrades the quality of this file. The formats that I recommend are lossless formats, you can edit all you want that data is not being ignored, unless you choose to do so.

  • Import playlist iTunes...

    Hi all

    I just tried to import playlist iTunes from another mac and got this message;

Some of the songs in the file "Music.txt" were not imported because they could not be found.

I have two macs, and I keep the music on each on a separate hard drive.  The content each hard drive is almost identical, apart from a few additional albums I added a hard drive and will add finally the second hard drive.

All ideas and solutions grateful received.

A playlist is only a text list of titles and their properties, not the real media.  Is it playlist import?  On my version of iTunes playlist tells iTunes to get the media to the location of the library on the original drive, so it won't work unless the player is connected.

I am more able to sync my I phone on my Mac and get the message that my phone cannot be used because it requires a newer version of iTunes. He tells me to go to www.itunes.com to download the latest version of iTunes... I downloaded the latest version on my mac, but what I do on my phone? I used to be able to sync the two and now I can't even download the photos from my phone on my mac...

iOS9 on a mobile device requires iTunes 12.3 or higher, which in turn requires a computer running OSX 10.8.5 or higher.  Update of the system only checks the updates for the current version of the system you run, but that itself can be updated.  It may or may not be possible to upgrade your computer to the system requirements. Find your computer on the web site of http://www.everymac.com model and near the bottom of the specification of the system section, he will tell what versions of the operating system, it is able to run. If you can not run a newer system, you will not be able to sync this phone to your current computer. If she can run 10.8.5 or higher, you can either buy a download for Apple OSX 10.8 Mountain Lion code online, or you can try to install the free El Capitan OSX 10.11.  El Capitan can run slower on older machines and require the additional purchase of RAM.  Making a big jump in versions of system is also more likely to affect the old software.

  • iTunes is not download update iPhone apps

iTunes is not download update iPhone apps. How do I enable that?

Is your phone on iOS 9 +? If it is so apps don't copy back of it, he added a function of developer iOS 9 called "app thinning" that allows only what is needed by an application on a device to be downloaded onto the device, if you do not complete application (which would be downloaded to iTunes on the computer) on your phone. To get updates on your Mac, you will need to download them on your Mac.

  • My iTunes purchases not play some music Collection

I was wondering if anyone knew a similar problem...

I agree with the music Apple (and iTunes game) and uses iPad Air (32 gb, wifi) and iPod Touch (5th generation, 32 gb).

Some albums that are part of my music in the music App Apple just won't play (stream), even if I am connected to WiFi.

These albums, titles, and the titles are all listed, but when I try to read, the playhead passes at the end of the track and stops.

All the albums that refuse to play were all purchased through iTunes, are listed in the iTunes purchase history, are currently available for purchase on iTunes and all appear in the my music from Apple's music tab.  Registrations are NOT grayed out of either.

What they all have in common, is that they were all purchased through iTunes before 2009, so I think that must have something to do with all that is the question.  There is, however, purchases before 2009, which are listed in my music and play justf very well...

    It is quite strange.

Everyone knows the same or similar issue?

I just wanted to update on this issue to all who may encounter a similar problem

with some songs or albums is not able to play (stream) in my music via iCloud library music on iOS devices and/or computer.

It seems that - for reasons unknown - these specific iTunes purchases that have been listed in my iCloud music library through every conceivable indicator (iCloud situation/location, icon etc.) contained the metadata only and no audio real.  So in streaming or download - icloud - was impossible.

I was able to solve this problem by downloading iTunes iTunes Store purchases (on my authorized computer that hosts the library that I am corresponding from / download to iCloud music library), REMOVING these tracks/albums of my music library to iCloud (on all devices), and then adding the content downloaded again to iCloud.  He has worked for all the songs/albums problem.

Apple support staff has been very helpful on the way; and I had to send them the detailed information on the issue and difficulty.

  • Recovery previous itunes purchases

We have recently improved our PC, all music/iTunes files were transferred from the old to the new, or so we thought. It turns out that we have a LOT of albums that we purchased on iTunes via the old PC which are now not on the new. The photos in the album pop up on iTunes on the new PC, but every time I click on play, it will say the songs "could not be used because the original file cannot be found."  I tried to locate the files on the PC, but cannot find a little song individual downloads, not entire albums that we bought. Is there a "catch-all" for this solution so that I can replay all these files 'disappeared' on iTunes?
