I downloaded the file and installed via the install.exe file.  At the end of installation, I click on the done button and nothing happens.  I can't locate the program.  What have I done wrong?  I downloaded several versions of PES as well as Lightroom and have never had this problem.

  I bought a package Photoshop Elements 10 and first Elements 10.  It comes with 5 disks... When I install the first disc, it does not ask for the 2nd drive once the first drive is completed.  When one has been done hit the option of finishing and I did and that's all.  He did not make the next disc.  What should I do?

  Disc 1 contains the installer for 32-bit Windows.

  Disc 2 contains the installer for Windows 7 64-bit.

  Disc 3 contains the installer for mac OS.

  Disc 4 is the content of the disc for Windows Adobe Premiere Elements.

• Adobe Photoshop elements 13 installation on new computer

  This is probably a question of simple-stupid, but I sure need help... I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 drive several years ago and upgraded to Adobe Photoshop elements 13 in 2014 by downloading the upgrade from the Adobe site.  Now, I bought a new computer and want to install Adobe Photoshop elements 13.  I accessed my account on Adobe and downloaded the 2 files.  When I try to run the downloaded files, I get an error that the files of archive are missing.  It dawned on me that I have to install the OLD Elements 8 records first, before downloading the upgrade of 13 elements, perhaps?  That's what I have to do, or is there another question?  Thank you in advance for any help!
