Address book to blackBerry Smartphones to synchronize with MS Outlook

I have synced my MS Outlook Contact list with my BB Curve 8330.  All my contacts are showing in my BB, but they are not in alphabetical order.  I have the BB address book set to sort by last name.  For example, when I look at my BB address book, contacts appear in the following order: A to F, then he starts A to P, then m to Z.  None of the contacts are repeated.  Can someone help me understand what the problem is?

I would do the following:

To delete all contacts from the BlackBerry device, follow these steps:

  1. Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer and launch the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
  2. Double-click on the backup and restore, and then click Advanced.
  3. Under device databases, select address book and click clear.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Refresh to verify that the address book database is disabled.

Take an as shown battery pull and recharge from Outlook.

No data will be lost when you do the following: remove the battery while the device is activated.
Remplacer replace after one minute, let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is corrected.

    Hello

I'm kinda stuck with my Blackberry Bold 9700.  He wiped my old entries in the calendar (even though I have "Keep forever" selected in options), but I need the calendar last points because I used it for the follow-up of meetings, events, etc.

Before you reinstall an old backup, copy in Outlook and then re - install my current version is there any how else to get this info on the file backup and in Outlook.  I really want to install a previous version of the backup on my phone because when I do, he never wears on a large number of the phone ringing, settings, etc., and I still need to do to get things to normal.

    Help, please!

(By the way, I use an older version of the device software on my phone (5.0.0.714) because I can't stand display new calendar version.)

If you do want to restore a previous backup schedule, you can - calendar only, nothing else.

  • Address book to blackBerry Smartphones do not synchronize on my 8310

I'm trying to sync my address book with my BES 4.1 company.  It worked fine until a week when I noticed a few contacts were not my outlook address book download. After trying to download the address book a couple of times I wiped the addresses out by removing the Desktop (SYNC) file in the maintenance book and tried to resynchronize with the server.  This time it seems as it downloads all addresses (1034 of them), but when I go to the address book there is still nothing.  Desktop (SYNC) file appears new but no address.  Help, please.  Thanks in advance.

OK I solved it he had a lot of contacts in the contacts from outlook to users who were not classified and it is preventing the addressbook of filling after synchronization.  All unclassified contacts grouped around the user and that worked.

    Hello...

When you sort your address book in Outlook, search for addresses without a name user or null values. By sorting in your Outlook contacts, you can sort by clicking on the headers. I'd look for any type of anomaly where an address missing data in the name field or address empty. My guess is it has something to do with Outlook contacts.

  • How blackBerry smartphones to synchronize with outlook business contact mgr

have the 9530 model was buying and using the service from verizon.   synchs well with Outlook 2007 contacts.   However, I added Bishop contact Business Outlook because it fits my needs better.    But I can't figure out how to get the 9530 to synchronize with BCM instead.  I want the 'soft contacts on the blackberry to display account information, as well as the list of individual contacts who work there.   It's the way it is displayed in Outlook BCM.    Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

From my understanding, Desktop Manager will be synchronized to Outlook, not BCM.

  • Address book to blackBerry Smartphones rebuilt for new torch of full backup or a backup address address

I just bought a flashlight and tried to restore from a backup that was created from an old phone with Desktop manager 6. All restored (emails, messages, etc.) except the address book.

I tried just the address book backup and restoration of its own and it does not always work. Backup/restore watch 1000 + entries when I select the items to restore so it seems that it backed up fine.

Any help is appreciated as I need my contacts list to my business contacts.

Thanks for your help... it gets me in the right direction... I got stuck thinking that all I had to do was restore when in reality I should use the "peripheral" Wizard on DTM.

I plugged both open devices DTM then made a 'switching device' and it worked.

    Thanks again.

I found a file named "LoaderBackup-(date)", and I guess this is the backup of my settings, but how can I recharge it now?

    Well... that's what you want.

    Open Desktop Manager > backup/restore > advanced.

On the right will be your BB device. On the left, your computer. If the backup loader does not automatically appear there, click Open (above the left window) and go to where you know that the backup of the charger is located...

Once it is loaded in the left pane, select the databases on the left and click on the arrow to the right (in the Center) to pass these databses in the unit.

    And follow the remaining instructions...
