  • How to add several phone numbers to a single Apple ID?

I have an iPhone and two SIM cards that are separated with different phone numbers. I want to have two numbers assigned to a single Apple ID.

    How is that possible?

I know it's possible, I don't know what to do.

It's very simple to have two phones with two separate numbers using the same Apple ID. You sign with just the same Apple ID on both of them. However, your situation is different. Only one of the numbers is active on an iPhone at some point. The other is, for the purposes of Apple ID, not active. Then Yes, you should be able to have whatever one is present on the iPhone, which is tied to the Apple ID, although it is active. Once you take out the SIM card and put in the other, it will be one that is active.

  • Separate the phone numbers on several lines

    Hello

I have a list of phone numbers in a single column. Some cells have 1 phone number, some have 2, and some have 0. Cells with 2 phone numbers are separated by semicolons.

I need all the phone numbers in a single column with 1 phone number in each row. The order does not matter, so I'll "Sort Ascending" once completed to get rid of the empty cells with no phone number.

I need a function that takes the numbers after the comma and puts them on their own line in the same column.

Note that the numbers are in the format: + 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx so if please be aware formatting as text and not as a mathematical equation.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi B,

Easy enough, as long as all entries are accurate according to the format you described. Here are two examples, all tous deux two on the same table. The selected cells are part of the first example and are not used in the second.

End of flag: The two examples use the flag to end on the A11 to indicate when the formulas have reached the end of the list. As entered flag consists of eight occurrences of the text "end" (including the trailing space), with the final space deleted. This will be assimilated by the formula two phone numbers, provide an indicator of the end of each list.

    Example 1:

Separates the first phone number in column B using this formula in B2, filled up to the last line containing a phone number in column A (or the line beyond if you want that the flag of the 'end').

    B2: = IF (LEN (A) < 1", LEFT(A,15))

Len (A) checks no entry in its ranks. If that is found, IF put a string NULL. If there is an entry, LEFT out the first 15 characters.

The second n phone number each line is copied into column C with this similar formula in C2 and filled up to the last line containing an entry in column A.

    C2: is equal to IF (LEN (A) < 16", RIGHT(A,15))

If there are two numbers in this line from A cell, the semi colon will be the 16th character.

After having extracted the numbers in two columns:

Select all the cells in column B of B2 on the last containing a B10 number in this example). Copy.

Go menu Edition > paste formula results

Select all the cells in column C of C2 on the last containing a number C10). Copy.

Click once on the empty cell in column B, following the list of the "first numbers" (B11 in this example).

Go to edit > paste the results of the formulas.

You can now sort the table according to the values (telephone numbers) in column B.

    Example 2:

Separates the first phone number in column B using this formula in B2, filled up to the last line containing a phone number in column A (or the line beyond if you want that the flag of the 'end').

    B2: = IF (LEN (A) < 1", LEFT(A,15))

Len (A) checks no entry in its ranks. If that is found, IF put a string NULL. If there is an entry, LEFT out the first 15 characters.

The second phone number n that each line is copied into column B, starting after the cell containing the flag of the 'end '.

Enter the following formula in the marketing of cells (B12 in the example) and fill down until the formula produces another flag to end.

    B12: = IF (LEN (A2) < 16", RIGHT(A2,15))

Note that because this version of the formula is not on the same line as the EMF of the cell that is copied the phone number, it must the line included in the references.

    When the terminator is reached:

Click on each of the cells that contain the end flags, and then press DELETE to remove the flags from the list.

Select all THE cells B2 at the end of the list of telephone numbers. Copy.

Go menu Edition > paste formula results

With replaced by their latest results calculated formulas, you can now sort the table on column B.

    Kind regards

  • Hidden blackBerry Smartphones 9900 phone numbers? Help.

Some of my numbers have become hidden and I see only recent activity emails.  How can I find him to raise the phone number?

So, to be clear, you have had the phone numbers in your address book on your BB. You then synchronize with Mac and phone numbers, disappear for some contacts address book entry?

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the groups feature in the Mac address book. Have you looked at BlackBerry Desktop Software sync settings?

  • List of contacts from blackBerry Smartphones on bearing phone numbers?

New to Blackberry, but I'm pretty sure when I sync all initially had my Outlook contacts and then displays my contact list and rolled on a name, only phone numbers contacts appear as contacts.  Then I could roll the correct number and dial by pressing the trackball.

Now, I get no display of phone numbers that I ride on a contact name in the contacts list.  I have to press the trackball or enter key to view info contact set and then select the phone number.

Have I have big fingers tweaks without knowing?  I have read the manual and searched the web and can't find any arrangement which would alter the display of the list of contacts.  Maybe I just imagined?

Workaround.  The Act of rolling the trackball on the name of the contact and see the phone numbers of the contacts under the name apparently only works when you use the function of name search from the home screen, and not in the contacts list.

    No need to practice!

  • iPad not composed of phone numbers in Contacts

I have an iPad and iPhone, both running the most recent iOS10. Both have areas set in Australia.

In Contacts on the iPhone, all phone numbers are formatted correctly and new number added automatically gets the correct formatting.

On the iPad, all telephone numbers are not formatted: just a string of numbers without spaces.

    Things I've tried:

    • Power supply and switch on the iPad.
    • Reset the iPad
    • Turn off sync Contacts iCloud, remove contacts from the iPad, then re - synchronization from iCloud
    • ICloud signature, removing all of the iPad, then log in again
    • Change the region to the Austria (following in the list!) then back to the Australia

None of this worked, and phone numbers of the Contacts of the iPad are not formatted and everything gets new added number without formatting. I noticed that the "example of Format of the region" does not contain a phone number. Elsewhere defined telephone number format? If so, I have not found.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance,

    Steve =: ^)

I can add to the list of things I've tried:

    • In iTunes, restore the iPad as a new iPad and, without restoring all the data from iCloud, open contacts, add a new contact and added a phone number and the telephone number had no formatting.

I don't know what I can do next, other than to return the iPad as faulty.

  • For some contacts, phone numbers are not displayed

    Hello

Happy to have the Atrix on gingerbread. It solves my problem of bluetooth. now I walked into something else, and I wonder if you can help...

    1. I noticed that for some contacts who have 4 phone numbers and 2 emails, phone numbers are jamed all together in a single line, rather than a list. no idea how to solve this problem? Moreover, contacts are already subject in my mail to google contacts.

    2. how to add a voice tag to a name/contact? I found my atrix had trouble recognizing a name and always messed with other contacts. So I want to find a way to make it easier for the phone to recognize when I say "Call xxx" (somewhat unusual for some non-English names)...

I thank very you much for your help in advance.

    The best

  • BlackBerry phone calls from unknown numbers Passport go directly to voicemail

I'm having a problem on my passport with the phone. When I get a call from a number that is not stored in my contacts list, the call goes straight to voicemail.  If the caller leaves a message, I get the call indicator missed with the new VoiceMail indicator. However, the phone doesn't ring or vibrate, and the screen does not light to show that someone calls.  I missed a number of calls because of it.

Calls from numbers in my contacts list work fine.  It's only calls from numbers not in my contacts.

    I'm on 10.3.0.908 on Rogers.

    Hi @jnak

I would like to know if this KB help!

KB36391 not able to receive calls or text messages from numbers not stored in a contact in t...

  • View call logs, but with contact phone numbers, name, and not only

I have to be able to show that a list of the call connects to my request.  But for thosenumbers who have a name in the address book, instead of simply to view phone numbers, I have to be able to show the name of the

number.  (just like the native blackberry app call log done)

Up to now the following seems to work OK, as long as the amount of data is small:

    • When the main screen is first created, walk the database by calling PIM.getInstance () .openPIMList)
    • Adds a new entry in a hash table for each unique telephone number in the database that points to the name of the contact
    • After that the Hashtable is fully charged, list of call logs
    • As the newspapers call list is displayed, phone numbers search in the hash table, replace with name when a match is found

But when the Contact database grows, as the order of 500 entries, it takes a lot of time for

walk from the database to generate the hash table (10 seconds), and while what the application is blocked

and things seem stuck to the user. This must occur before the first screen is displayed and so after

the user clicks on the icon and the first screen is being built, the user is thinking ' what's going on..?

    until the screen finally opens.

Is there an API I can tap in which already provides this mapping for me?  (given a call number journal or by phone,

Efficiently search the name of the contact with that phone number, if necessary).  That way I wouldn't have to build

    the hash table.

Or, possibly, some advice on a simple signal of progress to the user while loads of app... This might be simpler than

trying to tackle the problem with a multi-threaded approach.

Unfortunately there is no way, I was. I tried to re - implement research of the phone application and came across this as well, as well as some other hidden implementations that are much faster then the public APIs.
You can try to work with itemsByName, it is also not very fast, according to the number of entries you have.

Maybe PhoneCallLogID methods can help you?

    What can I do?

Also, I added some of my phone numbers and when I received a call from some of them, their number appeared instead of their names, as if they weren't part of my address book.

Finally, my calls list does not appear in chronological order...

    Help!

    Thnks

Hi michron and welcome to the BlackBerry Forums

Most important here is the following, you have the old blackberry with you?, if your answer is Yes, follow this procedure.

1 - Clean your BlackBerry "BOLD", go to menu, options, security options, press menu again and wipe of the handheld.

2 connect the old BlackBerry to BlackBerry Desktop Manager and choose the Option of switch device, program read all the information on your device, after that this request automatically to connect the new BlackBerry "BOLD" and automatically adds information about the new device, no more action.

Included that all contacts in BlackBerry messenger production inserted to the new device.

    Hello

Go into the Contacts application and ensure that it uses the same account synchronization like the iPhone and other devices you may be using.

Also check the part of the accounts of the Contacts application preferences and make sure that it's only using one account.

  • Remove the spaces in the phone numbers in the Contacts

    Hello

How delete/reformat phone numbers in contacts in OS X El Capitan?

Phone numbers have spaces for example + 61 111 222 333 and when using copy + paste get rejected by my VOIP application.

    Thank you!

I can't find a way to edit the copy to the number format in Contacts. The numbers are formatted to match the formatting of generally recognized country code. Even if you enter numbers without formatting, the display will be formatted and all what you copy will be too.

Contacts has a Plugin architecture. The VOIP software has maybe a plugin for Contacts that allows you to dial in the label menu in the Contacts. Or, perhaps, there is a plugin that will copy the number without formatting (although, I have not found when Googling).

You can contact the developers of VOIP software and ask them to fix their app because it should be stripping all non-numeric data in the string. He has no idea where you copy a number of (such as a Web site), and it should be able to parse the number.
