Hello

the activity "Approve" in the workflow, is it bound to a view or a Java method? Seems that the activity is not physically referencing a view or a Java method

    You need to connect the printer to a network in order to enable Web Services, those who will not work with a USB connection, such as those that require an internet connection.

    You can follow the steps below to connect the printer to the network and configuration for the ePrint printer:

    Device Manager shows that a driver is missing for SM Bus controller.

    I checked the drivers HP page for the model but no chipset or the SM Bus controller driver is...

    http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?OS=4063&LC=en&cc=us&DLC=en&sw_lang=&product=5148...

    Note: I did a clean install of Windows 7 x 64, not a recovery, read a recovery to a smaller HD would not be possible and also would prefer a clean without all the extras install as the SSD space is limited at first.

    Suggestions to find a driver for SM Bus controller for this model with an AMD processor and chipset?

    Looks like the SM Bus driver is part of the graphics driver.

    Hi pamelagreen,

    Be sure that you install the software as an administrator.  Right-click on the file and you should see the menu option here.  Also, make sure you have the correct software:

  • Jdeveloper11 + ADF BC how to find the total communication tab

    Hello

    Jdeveloper11 + ADF BC how to find leaked tab...
    weather a purticular tab is disclosed or not...

    in detail, I have a panellTabbed with two ShowdetailItems ADF. I have a common button out of the side of the tab I want to identify what showdetailitem is currently disclosed...
    I am verymuch Grateful if I get a response as soon as POSSIBLE... Thank you in advance.

    Kind regards
    b_in_u

    Boby,

    AS SOON AS POSSIBLE? Pay you the answers?

    In any case, two ways:

    (1) the af: showDetailItem has a property "leaked" - you can check the value of it.

    (2) put a listener of the disclosure on the af: showDetailItems and store what tab is disclosed in a bean managed somewhere.

    How's this for ASAP?

  • recommendation of the Java web application development kit for small application

    Hi all

    I have an application developed using developer 6i, forms, and reports, as well as the Oracle 10 g for a school database. The application consists of student information, collection of fees and sms sending to parents.

    There are a lot of problems, with this app, DB is very heavy I'm using Oracle DB 10 g, installtion of 6i developer on the latest version of windows is another puzzle etc.

    Now, I want to pass to the application of the latest technology, but want this are light weight.

    Can I develop an application of light weight with ADF web application?

    Also, I want to use mysql as database.

    Thank you

    (1) you can use mySQL. I prefer Oracle XE, as it is better suited for the ADF.

    (2) application No. needs a weg server web. You can use weblogic or glassfish

    (3) just a browser

  • Unable to find the component with an absolute reference

    Hello

    I have an RESP search page that has an LOV attached to the name of responsibility search column.

    The page works fine on my Jdev, when I transfer the files on the server and click on the page I get error below.

    «oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.adf.mds.exception.MDSRuntimeException: unable to find the component with an absolute reference = / win/oracle/apps/win/respmap/lov/webui/RespNameVORN, XML Path = null.» Please check that the reference is valid and the definition of the component exists on the file system or in the MDS repository. »

    The LOV RN xml is present in the location on the server. The page has been imported successfully, verified using jdr_utiils.print_document.

    I was impossible to import LOV RN xml using XML importing, throwing below error.

    < row 2, column 45 >: XML-20112: Error (fatal error) opening external DTD 'jbo_03_01.dtd '.

    WARNING: Could not find the level of customization of document value ' / victory/oracle/apps/victory/respmap/lov/Server/RespNamesVO.

    No Protocol: jbo_03_01.dtd

    The Oracle note Doc ID 848851.1 said you should not import the xml of region LOV separately, it is imported with page.

    Please help me to solve this error.

  • Integration with the secure web service IS deployed on EBS

    Hello experts,

    I have a REST webservice deployed to an Instance of the EBS. I try to call the web service using a mobile application in the ADF. However, the web service is secure and requires security settings to be sent in the request header.

    Anyone can recall or explain how I can add a custom header to the object of the application for the REST web service? Any help will be appreciated.

    Thank you

    Abhishek

    Hi Abhishek,

    You can do the following:

    String theUsername = "abc";

    String thePassword = "pass";

    String userPassword = theUsername + ': ' + thePassword.

    String encoding = new sun.misc.BASE64Encoder () .encode (userPassword.getBytes ());

    restServiceAdapter.addRequestProperty ("Authorization", "Basic" + coding);

    If you use Webservice DataControl, then automatically the connection information in the login form is injected into the webservice framework.

    Kind regards

  • Disable the active filter by default

    Hello

    I have a Table of ADF, surrounded by a collection of panels. By default, the filter in the collection of Panel is enabled.
    Can I do the active filter only when the user clicks the filter icon? By default, it should not be active.
    I use Jdev 11.

    Thank you

    The filter is actually a property of the table, not the collection of panels - just so set the property filterVisible to the table to rely on an EL that returns true or false.
