• Calculation of the numeric fields radio button and checkbox-based response

  I am to change a form that was created by someone else.  I added checkboxes and radio buttons based on the need to form. I would like for the amount of check calculate automatically based on the selection of a radio button.  I've implemented some numeric fields to play with adding the amounts and placed them in the field 'Amount to check', but I can't seem to calculate.  Once I have to calculate correctly, I need to know how to automatically enter a number in the appropriate digital field based on the option button or check box selected.  Here is a picture of what I've put up.  Help, please!  I read all the forums, watched the videos and tried everything.  I'm so frustrated.

  

  Don't know if I have the layout if correct me if Im wrong. I assume you have a radio button group on the top line for the first 3 check boxes and boxes (when the user selects one) for the following 2 lines (where the user can select independently of the other 3 above) with a final calculation at the end to check the amount field.

  You can either place the code on each change of each checkbox/radio button event to recalculate or just do it on the final checksum field. I tried putting a calculate on the last field to check the quantity, and it seems to do what it takes.

  That pretty much sums up it cant up... why that we still just drag the web address on the Favorites on the left sidebar. I keep bookmarks all the time and drag the addresses of web sites on and drop them in the sidebar. Simple, easy... now you messed up.

  You are talking about using a KeywordFilterField, there is a sample included in the JDE I belive showing how it works.

  New on LC and JavaScript and tries to show/hide a text field on radio button (outside the Group), select by using the presence property. Two buttons in the exclusion group (I'll call them 1 and 2), by default the text field presence should be hidden (not displayed and not take place on the layout).  I have set the default value for the '2' radio button group and want the text field to display (and have the focus, but I got this little) when the value changes to '1' to the click, then disable and hide again if you click on '2 '.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

  Who should do it, because rb1 has value 1, and rb2 has a value of 2. RBL is exclusion group.

  I have created a form for the company, so that I work. It is a form that will be used in several offices and has buttons, drop downs and text fields. One of the text fields has a requirement that when the PDF file is opened, the text field has something written in there already, as an example (and one only) INSERT the TEXT HERE. I created the text field in Indesign and used the text tool to type in the area of the body-copy required. After that I have to export it as an interactive PDF, text in the text field disappeared.

  Drop-down lists give an option for a default choice, but I don't see a way to create default text in the Panel of buttons and forms for text fields. Is there a workaround or a hidden feature?

  I'm actually developing a litte in flash game and try to update the score in a textfield. The text field is dynamic and initialized with a value of 0 in the IDE.

  I use the following code to update the content of the text field in actionsript:

  txtBlocksPlaced.text = blocksPlaced.toString ();

  But: When I start the game, the initial value is - OK. When I am trying update the value with the code above the content is endangered - incorrect. The value of the text box and the variable displays the correct value that should be displayed. Fonts are included.

  I already checked: http://forums.Adobe.com/message/4919054#4919054 and these updates are installed on my machine.

  Please, someone has an idea? I do not get around what could cause this or what Miss me.

  I created a flyer and wanted the opportunity to capture images on the fly.  Well, I used an image to do this field, however, users should be able to insert images up to 4.

  By default, the subforms are defined broadband down. You can change to the flow of Western text (from left to right). This setting is on the Subform subform objects tab and it is called flow direction (of course it will appear only on subforms went down).

  I set fields as required in the value, the field Type as user entered - required tab. Also, I entered a message in the empty Message field. When the user fills out the form, they are allowed to send the form without fill in the fields.

  Usually, if you use the required field and submit the form, it will display the warning message that the required fields are missing, and continue to submit the form. It is therefore preferable to use the programmatic approach for the control on the form submission.

  I found that the ASK toolbar is the culprit. I have no recollection of ever install Ask and wanted not just her in any case. Withdrawal fixed the problem.
