  According to attachment I am unable to download the new purchase of adobe acrobat for mac.  I get this message after you enter the new serial number:

  I bought Adobe Acrobat Standard DC this afternoon and downloaded the installation program (Acrobat_2015_Web_WWMUI.exe) and when the program runs, it asks to extract the installation files, it creates a folder on the desktop, but the folder is empty.   I use a MAC and have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader downloaded DC. I tried to use Google Chrome and the screen displays the messaged above. Then, I deleted Adobe off my computer and the re - download again on my computer with no luck

  These files are always registered in the list of downloads of Firefox? You can see that use "show all downloads" of the arrow icon on the toolbar, or Ctrl - j.

  Each successful download must have a small folder icon on the right side, and when you click on that, Firefox should launch a window of Windows Explorer with the selected download. You can press the DELETE key (or right-click > delete) the file here.

  If the files are listed is no longer in Firefox, but you know where they are on the disc - for example, the downloads folder or TEMP folder - then you should be able to remove here using the DELETE key (or right-click > delete).
