Adobe Acrobat XI Pro launch
I installed Adobe Acrobat XI Pro as part of creative cloud.
Just after downloading and installing Acrobat will launch very well. After a few days, it will not start and will only create a process in windows Task Manager.
Any help please.
I am running Windows 7 and I only bought Creative Cloud 2 weeks ago, it could be less than the 30 days trial period.

All I can say at this point is to go to control panel > programs and features and click on Acrobat. You will get a repair option. When finished with the repair (assuming it works), then select help > updates and update your installation. You can also download the update of http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=1&platform=Windows and install 11.0.06. Finally, I have checked, 11.0.06 updates all the way back to 11.0. This isn't always the case, so looking at the latest version which is necessary to make the updates is always a good idea.

I tried to fix and change of control panel of my computer and nothing was working. Also, I tried to download the updates from Adobe by clicking on the update for Adobe Acrobat 9.5.5. The update seems to installs correctly, but the Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro cannot start. I would like to know how to solve this problem.

Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro new Mac - will not fully launch/load
I have a new MacBook Pro with OS El Capitan.
With the help of DVD / original serial number that I loaded the CS5 Design Suite without problem. Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, everything works without any problem.
Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro, however, simply refuses to install. I used the DVD and I downloaded it from Adobe's Web site. The result is the same - it acts like it will open, but only "Acrobat" shows up. If I click on it nothing happens.
I contacted customer support and they told me that this version is no longer supported by them; They recommended that I try the forum.
There must be a way to force it to work? If this is not the case, what is my option - is there a stand-alone equivalent product or do I need to subscribe to the entire suite, which I prefer to avoid.
I cross my fingers that there is a simple answer.

OK - SUCCESS, albeit in an unexpected way.
When I open it I asked me if I would like to install some plugins/upgrades/something something. One was a PDF print option and I don't remember the other. This time I unchecked the boxes and WHAMMO - Acrobat opens right. If anyone has this problem there is the solution!

Scanner works with the HP software and test successfully with HP Diagnostic Utility 4.2. However, when I try to create a PDF document from the scanner by using Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro I get an error message indicating that Adobe cannot communicate with the scanner HP 8600 WAI or Twain.

Because the printer is able to scan from HP and Microsoft paint software then the problem you are having is with the Adobe Acrobat 9 software. My first suggestion would be to uninstall the program and then reinstall it to see if the problem persists. If you still have the same problem, you need to contact Adobe technical support.

I have Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extender. When I try to convert a Word file to PDF that says that it cannot find the drivers from the Adobe PDF printer and reinstall Adobe Acrobat 9.0. Acrobat 9 is quite old and not longer supported. The last Windows OS that could use Acrobat 9 has Windows 7 and Acrobat had to have all updates applied.
You need to upgrade to Acrobat DC.

I've recently updated my computer and am trying to re - install Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. I have the serial number, but not disc as it was lost. I found a download online (not Adobe). When I enter the serial number that I recorded with Adobe, he said that it is not valid. Is there anyway to get the previous version of Acrobat directly from Adobe? Any thoughts on my problem? I tried to reinstall and do the trial version, that works, but only lasts a few days and it would permanently.

Am mit einem iMac (3.4 GHz Intel Core i7 processor / 16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3) und dem OS X 10.8.5. Before had ich einen iMac mit 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 und dem same operating system. DAS migrate meiner program von dem alten auf den neuen hat bei allen individual Komponenten der CS4 Mac super works, Adobe Acrobat 9 pro problem macht nur. Bei der Neuinstallation end der Installier, dass sei of Acrobat already installed. ICH kann mit Acrobat PDF Dateien öffnen, aber nicht bearbeiten sharp. Acrobat opens standig das Eingabefenster fur den product key, aber den key für die CS4 nicht akzeptiert! I have adobe acrobat 9 pro zusammen mit der Version CS4 Design Standard education erstanden, eine Einzellizenz as Acrobat habe ich daher auch nicht!
Wie kann ich 'meinen' Acrobat 9 pro wieder ganz auf dem system zum Laufen bringen regular? WER weiss Rat?
