Can anyone help me please with it? Even, I get the same message when installation of adobe flash player. The installer says always installation is not complete. Help, please.

Thanks in advance.

  • CC Adobe Application Manager fails to install...

I just bought Adobe CC (I am a current owner of the CS6 Production Premium) and login with my ID Adobe, has attempted to download Adobe Photoshop CC and got the following error message:

    Adobe Application Manager

    We encountered the following problems:

    Adobe Application Manager cannot install.

My system is Windows7 64 bit.  I looked through my Windows7 the event logs and don't show them that NO errors.

I tried to contact "live chat", but I seem to be on infinite 'hold' with estimated waiting who goes from 23 minutes to 22 minutes to 23 minutes to 22 minutes (did it for 50 minutes today) - I guess that a LOT of people have problems with CC.

I must say, my 'introduction' to Adobe Creative Cloud certainly was NOT a good.  If I can't get a solution soon, I'll just get a refund on my subscription of the CC and get other software "creative".  Not a happy customer.  I suspected that this subscription CC approach would be problematic, and it is!

  • Adobe application manager fails to update/install

Please help me correct this mistake and to update App eat properly.

I downloaded and am running versions of Creative Cloud CS6 of Illustrator and Photoshop that I installed in completed.  Now I am trying to download applications more and encounter this error:

I click on 'Download' on InDesign (for example)

Download initiates the launch of the Application Manager, App manager opens the main window then 'setup initialization window '.

Manager application flashes this warning for a fraction of a second: "other instances of the application running adobe Manager that must be closed before you install this product. Please close or wait until they end. ' (see image). This warning closes on its own after just a second.Screen shot 2013-02-19 at 10.18.55 PM.png

Then it continues to install for a few minutes, request my password, then fails with the message, "we met the following questions, Adobe Application manager cannot install ' (no error number, see picture)

    Screen shot 2013-02-19 at 8.16.51 PM.png

Photoshop and Illustrator still works fine, but none of my Adobe (including Air) applications will update correctly now. I tried to delete the App Manager from applications > utilities and re - install, but that also creates an error.

I have looked for the Manager app duplicate files, but came up empty.  I ran the app support advisor and it checks good.  I have a token one if it helps.

I'm under 10.6.8 iMac and I also have CS5 installed on this computer, if that makes a difference.

Any help would be appreciated.   I would like to be able to run applications that currently I pay a monthly fee.

I tried the update of the application manager abobe manually from the adobe Web site... and this solved my problem... and then update photoshop cc as well.

    Try this.

  • Update Adobe Application Manager fails

I have a registered version of Lightroom 6.0 on Windows 10 which I am trying to update to get the latest version of Camera Raw (currently 9.0) to support the FIRST of a Panasonic GX-8. When using the application menu Lightroom of Help / update... option I am presented with updates to the Manager Application and Lightroom:

    Adobe App Mgr 1.PNG

After clicking on OK, I get an interim report on the download:

    Adobe App Mgr 2.PNG

This has finally reached 100%, and the following text is displayed:

    Adobe App Mgr 3.PNG

However, after a few moments this dialog box simply disappears.

I tried several times with the same result. Any ideas what is happening and how can I update my versions of Lightroom and Camera Raw?

  • Adobe Application Manager will not install anything!

I tried to update Photoshop CS5 12.0.4 and Adobe Application Manager (AAM) keeps asking me my system admin password.  Whenever I go there, the window opens again.  I could enter my password, a dozen times, it will not start the updates or installations.

    I tried:

    • stopping and restarting
    • changing my admin password
    • install a non Adobe software (to see if it was a problem of OS X)

    Re: updates for CS5 install February 4, 2011 06:54

    Try if this helps-

Double-click on it to launch the "Terminal" application (/ Applications/Utilities/Terminal)

Copy paste the following command and press the 'return' key to execute the command. Enter the password when prompted and press 'return '. This will launch the updater in elevated mode and can allow you to run the updates as well.

  • CC Adobe Application Manager does not install / launch

I was getting an error message on my application manager when you try to update. I fixed that on my iMac by uninstalling it and then put it back.

So I tried the same thing on my MacBook, but now it seems to have messed up things. Installation * appeared * to succeed in the sense that the completed progress bar (I tried 3 times) but I have not received any notification at the end and the app is a not run by itself.

Also, I can't find the icon of the application anywhere, and if I look into the applications folder, all I get is this dubious group of files / folders and nothing for the launch (see below)

Does anyone else have this problem?

    Hi Mylenium

    Thanks for the reply.

Well I thought it was one of those things windows requiring too much fiddling around so I did what was for a long time - a backup complete of all my data - and a reinstall windows and everything good I tried to make a "restoration of the previous point" but that did not work.

I made no changes to my Trend Micro application firewall settings as suggested

In regards the application manager runs on my 'son' on the PC login installs it worked, but updates has not therefore reinstalling windoiws from scratch

    Thanks again
