Reinstall the latest version of MAO from here:
Adobe - Adobe Application Manager: for Macintosh
Also delete the opm.db file in your Application Support folder to reset the configuration of the MAO.

I don't know what to do. I'm trying to download a trial version of A.I., but when downloading, my adobe application manager keeps trying to update but will not exceed 10%. I can't access anything on my manager. I tried to re download the program, but the same problem persists. What are my options?
If you just open the Application Manager, it successfully updated?
In Illustrator, you can download setup offline http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2014-direct-download-links.html (CC 2014).
Make sure you follow the instructions very important on this page.

I've never had a problem using basic Adobe on my Mac applications. I had this installed since 2012. Last night, when I try to go to Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or one of the Adobe based products the Adobe Application Manager continues on Popping up. Telling me that the trial is finished, I had to sign up to enter my serial number or to make the Trial Version. And I went through its phases by logging provided the serial number, but unfortunately his telling me I have the wrong info set. I've never updated all Adobe based products, I was still able to use this a week before that my mac is running IOS X.
My panic, I advanced and uninstalled all Adobe products based on my mac to start cleaning, but now that I install their back to get to the entry number series its telling me the error message even to provide the correct serial number. Can someone tell me what I else I could do, it's very discouraging to say the least.

From the above, you must disable and uninstall and run the vacuum cleaner to remove any trace

As far as I know, it will not work with a Master Collection serial number... it need to install everything and enter the serial number once for all programs
In the end, you go in CS6 Update Manager and will find the option to tell him to NEVER check the updates and do updates once
The information contained in my 1st answer about installing CS6 on El Capitan and assistance by an incorrect serial number message, should contribute to this point
If not, I'm on Windows only saves links to provide assistance... I have no real experience with a Mac

When I started my monthly plan for creative cloud for Photo (Photoshop and Lightroom), never got a serial number for these applications. How can register them?
Creative cloud do not need a serial number. or activation code it will use your Adobe ID on which you bought the creative cloud composition. Where the purchase of the CC is full no problem billing can
If you need to sign in with your Adobe ID and password to activate the composition of the cloud.
Disconnect & reconnect the CC desktop application.
In case it is not signing in successfully, please try the following:
I do not know what operating system, you work on so I give you a few steps windows and MAC:
Windows:
In windows 7 go to the following location:
/ Windows/system32/drivers/etc
1. find the file "hosts".
2. open it with Notepad
3. check if you have any input for Adobe
4 remove the entries and try again to launch any product of CC
Mac:
1. click on 'Go' and navigate to/private/etc
2. open the 'hosts' file and departure for all entries for Adobe.com
3 remove the entries and save the file
4. try to launch again any product of CC
You can consult:
http://helpx.Adobe.com/creative-cloud/KB/CCM-prompt-serial-number.html

Please let us know if it worked.

Adobe Application Manager stop unexpectedly - CC - Mac Yosemite
I don't really know what is happening. One minute, I was working on a project in Premiere Pro, then it froze and I had to force quit.
Then I went back to connect, and (because I work between three computers) I was introduced to my "Limit reached" message window I select ' you disconnect me other computers so I can sign in here. I hit continue, he thinks, then he said:
I've tried probably 10 times. I also tried to go through some other articles here about issues AAM (update, cleaning Adobe CC, then update that, restart, repair permissions), but they all failed.
Anyone have any suggestions for me?
Thank you.
I have connected to my Adobe account online and went to manage an account--> management Plan--> then turned off all the computers in the "active device". I signed in the creative Office Cloud app, then launched After Effects and everything seems right with the world again.

Adobe Application Manager is no longer up-to-date CS6 Production Premium
Hello
I have a perpetual license CS6 Production Premium for mac. I had problems with OSX El Capitan, so I returned to Yosemite 10.10.5 and I did a clean install.
After I reinstalled CS6 Production Premium I run Adobe Application Manager to update the applications to newer versions.
But rather as a first thing Adobe Application Manager update itself and by updating other applications, the installation program got stuck, and I had to restart my mac.
Now: Adobe Application Manager became suddenly the creative cloud (seriously?), and rather than offer me to update the applications it offers upgrade me to CC - something that I hate and I would never do. I don't give myself no options to update to the current version of CS6, but only "update all my cc applications.
Any ideas?
Thank you!
Dario
p.s. I won't go into detail about how I feel any CC, because I know that it has already been discussed to death. But I am disgusted now I am obliged to have this application creative cloud on my mac, which I find very invasive and completely unrelated to the original CS6 license I bought. I have to use the tools of the business that I hate right now (but I used to love), I think it's very sad.
Here's what I did:
When you try to update, creative application Cloud opens instead of Adobe Application Manager. For this reason he detected no any update, unless I'm subscribed to CC (which of course I don't want). Apparently creative cloud and the old Adobe Application Manager coexist on your mac, but the default application is now creative cloud, so I got rid of the creative cloud and in doing so, I was able to access the former manager of Application and to update CS6 to the latest available version.
- Try to uninstall creative cloud using the creative cloud uninstall app in your application. If uninstall does not work because it says it is necessary to CC (even if you have CC) then proceed to step 2.
- Download Creative cloud cleanser here and open it.
- Select creative cloud and then "sanitation of selected" (uninstall will does not work). This will remove creative cloud.
- Open an application of CS6 (e.g. Photoshop) > help > updates...
- This will finally open the former Application Manager, and it will be possible to update the software again.

Hello
I installed creative cloud on 2 computers with my driver's license. Whenever I want to open an App via Adobe Application Manager, I have the choice to choose if I want to 'close my other sessions to be able to open here'.

My configuration: Mac, Os 10.11.2, the latest version of CC.
I tried all the solutions found online: all uninstalling, re-installing, using the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool, update my system, removal of the opm.db, re-re-re download the last application manager, etc...
I'm not really more options.
Someone at - it any new serious idea?
Hi Gael,
For applications desktop creative cloud activation is limited to two machines per individual related to the composition and you cannot use the software on these devices simultaneously, you receive error message is due to activation of more of two devices. I have Adobe Application Manager and he wants to give me Photoshop CS6. I couldn't find a way around THIS so I let Application Manager download and install CS6. Who wants to be activated but (understandably, I suppose) wants my serial number. All I have is the number for CS5 so I guess that since I was more or less fed force CS6, that will be fine. It is not the case. I went to the Chat facility but told me that they support only the activation problems and/or installation, and since my CS5 (although not functional) is enabled in fact, it's on the forums. Help?
I finally got things market so I thought that I would return at least to indicate what was necessary in case someone else is in a similar mess.
I had NOT reinstalled CS3 as the two guests and all indications here in the forum suggested that it would be enough just to enter the serial number for CS3. As it happened in this case - probably because of the goulash that my system has been transformed an operating system crash and reinstall - which would not be good enough.
I reinstalled CS3 and launched so I'm the guest of serial number and has been able to do successfully 'Activé' (see the first picture below)
I wasn't able to get CS3 "registered" (see the second image), but the guest suggested javascript as suspects or internet access, and my presence here in the forum proves neither of those to be wrong. The failure of the connection indicates it may be trying to connect to a resource for activating long dormant CS3 (or dead) at Adobe?
I then restarted CS5 and once I gave my serial number, he was finally happy with any complaint of needing a product calling prior to the upgrade (see third picture)
